Finished in a fresh coat of Toyota's Army Green (6V7) this 4WD hauler is a true head turner, and is set of by an OEM front bumper guard and a set of handsome refinished Hilux Surf wheels shod with 28" Falken rubber. Aside from a few light dings, chips, and paint imperfections this rig is in good shape and is fresh off a recent service. Touting only 129k verified and documented miles, this rig is barely broken in! Powered by a durable and powerful 1KZ-TE turbodiesel, this van's capable driveline can get you where you need to go, even if the weather doesn't comply. Boasting a well-equipped cabin with oodles of features and loads of space, your family and friends will eagerly want to join you on any expedition. Unique and practical, even for year-round use, this Super Custom G model is a Japanese Classic to the core. The cabin is in above-average shape and features dual front SRS airbags and a highly desirable triple sunroof suite. The cabover design allows for a tight turn radius and premium outward visibility. The driver benefits from a tilt-adjustable steering column and power-folding mirrors, electric locks, and power front windows. These all operate in typical Toyota fashion. Dual zone automatic digital climate control means all the heat and A/C can be piped into the cabin on demand, and the privacy tint keeps unwanted UV rays off the cabin plastics and light-colored interior fabrics. Speaking of which, the seats are in above-average shape and lack any major rips, stains, or tears. The gray cloth is soft to the touch, surprisingly durable, and comfortable on longer cruises. The middle sunroof is expansive and ideal for those who want to camp under the stars or enjoy a light breeze. The rear roof powers up to tilt and the front one is a manual unit. Even the side glass pops out for even more ventilation! Access to the middle row is stress-free and the power soft-close door opens wide. The middle bench can be swiveled to face the rear and both rows slide fore and aft. The headliner and door cards are in good shape and even the carpets have withstood the past 2 years without sustaining major abuse. Aside from a head unit that's missing its SD card it needs to operate, it's really hard to complain about the interior of this HiAce. Featuring a mid-mounted diesel and a full-time 4WD, this HiAce is surprisingly fun to drive. The heart of the beast is the nearly bulletproof 1KZ-TE. The 3.0L springs to life care of a new 12v battery and is fresh off an oil and filter service. As we do with all our 1K powered vehicles a new fuel filter was installed, too. The four-banger also benefits from a new valve cover gasket so that the internals stay properly lubricated. Thermal efficiency is kept in check with a brand-new radiator that was just installed. The 2982cc mill is linked to a smooth shifting automatic. The broad torque curve allows the van to make quick work of interstate on-ramps and sustained freeway driving is comfortable. The steering is light and on point, and maneuvering the van in the tight confines of the city is effortless. We gave the suspension a bit of a light refresh with brand new front upper ball joints and the overall feel is predictable and the cabin is well insulated from large and small potholes alike. The ABS brakes are capable of stopping this people hauler with ease and grip comes from new 28" Falken all terrains mounted and balanced at all four corners. Turn key and ready to rock, this HiAce is one of the most special haulers we've seen in a good while!*California Residents: In order to register a Grey Market vehicle in the state of California then it will have to be made CARB compliant first.
