Comprehensive Inspection

Our process starts with a comprehensive 205-point mechanical inspection by one of our intake inspectors. This inspection includes simple items like functioning horns, a timing belt inspection video, and everything in between. Once completed, we repair our vehicles as needed, including brakes, ball joints, timing belts, radiators, etc.

Virginia Safe

Once our trained technicians perform all necessary maintenance and repairs, all of our retail vehicles pass Third Party Virginia State Inspection, giving you further peace of mind you’re buying a quality vehicle.

Road Tested

We road test all of our retail vehicles between 100 and 1,000 miles. Our technicians drive each vehicle to verify repairs are done properly in varying conditions to ensure you’ll receive a vehicle that is ready to enjoy from day one.

Picture Perfect

We don’t stop at mechanical repairs. We perform any necessary cosmetic reconditioning here at our facility and then fully buff, polish, and detail all of our retail vehicles

Post Sale Support

Our process includes post-sale support. We want you to enjoy your ownership experience throughout the lifetime of your ownership. We have a dedicated staff to help guide you along the way if you ever encounter any issues after the sale.

Hands down the absolute best car buying experience ever. If you are looking for a Japanese import, these folks are top-notch. My 98 Landcrusier is a dream, their criteria for quality control is second to none. Also, their service team is incredible. I had some minor issues later in life after my purchase, they answered the phone immediately and put me on with a tech, who solved the issue. Who does that?!! No one does, I wish I could rate 6 stars.

I was apprehensive at first, purchasing a vehicle without physically inspecting it, but the virtual inspection I did with Steve tabled that concern. The inspection was thorough and left nothing to surprise me when the vehicle arrived. While it is true that I have lowered my expectations from customer service, I think my dealings with Japanese Classics have given me new hope. I know at this point I sound like a shill for JC, but this level of quality product combined with a skilled staff makes me want to shout from the rooftops “someone still cares”! From my very first phone call to the last, they made the entire process a smooth and enjoyable one (and do it effortlessly). My car listing on their website was just as it was in person. These cars speak for themselves, but the quality in the ones they sell are just pristine. They were very accommodating being that I was driving from NY to pick it up, but also knew that if I wanted it delivered and changed my mind, they were more than happy to do it. They gave me a tour of the facility, and even put it on the lift for any additional questions/concerns I had. All of the paperwork was done before my arrival and was given a tag so I could even drive it around before heading home. These guys are so transparent and so so genuine, I can’t thank them enough for the best car buying experience. Without a doubt, I will be buying from them again.
