Digital Evaluation Process

For our guests who are buying sight unseen, we provide a free digital evaluation for cosmetic condition. Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises upon the arrival of your new vehicle. We will have one of our in-house vehicle evaluators review each panel in detail with you over the phone and follow up with an additional 50-100 high-resolution photographs of each imperfection discussed. Most of our sight unseen buyers find this process much more in-depth than they had imagined! Of course, you are also welcome to hire a professional inspection service to perform a pre-purchase inspection as well.

Industry Leading Mechanical Reconditioning

We go above and beyond when it comes to mechanical reconditioning! Our trained and experienced service technicians have years of experience working on imports. Our comprehensive inspection ensures every vehicle we sell has been gone over thoroughly.

We replace all necessary safety items if needed such as tires, brakes, suspension components, etc. Additionally, we go the extra mile with timing belt inspections, cooling system inspections, etc., and replace or repair these items as necessary.

World-class 41k sqft reconditioning facility

Our focus is properly reconditioning the vehicles we sell, and we put our money where our mouth is. We have one of the largest vehicle reconditioning facilities of any used auto dealer in the United States. This ensures we can properly repair each vehicle we sell and give our customers a terrific post-sale experience.

Painless Shipping

Buying sight unseen? About 40% of our customers do! You might be surprised how inexpensive shipping to your door can be when it’s not marked up! We will handle the logistics of finding a shipper, and you will pay them directly upon delivery.

Once the delivery is scheduled, we will let you know when your vehicle has been picked up and the estimated arrival. The shipper will reach out and schedule an exact delivery date/time once they have picked your vehicle up.

Seamless paperwork process

Our streamlined paperwork process makes your purchase quick and hassle-free. No one likes sitting around a dealership for hours waiting to complete paperwork, and at Japanese Classics, you won’t have to!

For our guests coming in person to our dealership, we will have all of your paperwork prepared ahead of your scheduled arrival, so all we need from you are a few signatures. For our guests having their vehicle shipped, all of our paperwork is sent via secure online DocuSign, which can be completed in a matter of minutes.

Purchasing Process

Buying a car online with Paul and having it shipped to FL was easier than walking into my local dealership and playing games with the sales reps. I reached out and got connected with Paul on a Monday morning about a Toyota Aristo and went through the process. He answered every question, every phone call, and every text message instantly.
