Our vehicles are stored at our secure facility at 2602 Deepwater Terminal Rd in Richmond, Virginia. We are just 2 minutes off I-95 and minutes away from 64 and 895.

Our Service Shop

Our focus is properly reconditioning the vehicles we sell, and we put our money where our mouth is. At 41K sqft, we have one of the largest vehicle reconditioning facilities of any used auto dealer in the United States. This allows us to ensure we can properly repair each vehicle we sell and gives our customers a terrific post-sale experience.

Visiting our Showroom

We have daily guided tours of our facilities at 3 pm. Come see our shop cars and talk shop with our expert staff.

We offer complimentary airport pickup for any of our customers purchasing a vehicle flying into Richmond International Airport. Just give us a heads-up when you book your flight and we will arrange to meet you at the airport.

Shipping

40% of our customers choose to have their vehicle shipped to their door. Not only do we offer the most competitive shipping rates available, we don’t mark them up! You’ll pay the shipping company directly, not us, so you know you are getting the best price! Additionally, we provide all of our customers not coming to see their new vehicle in person with a comprehensive digital evaluation performed by one of our trained vehicle evaluators. This process includes about an hour-long phone call along with 50-100 additional images of the vehicle so you know the exact cosmetic condition of your vehicle before it arrives!

They run a very smooth operation at Japanese Classics. My process went very straight forward, Dan took 110% care of me and made the buying process very easy. Currently, I live in Raleigh, NC so the drive was about 2 and a half hours. I arrived at their facility as soon as they opened and was immensely impressed. This is not your used car dealership vibe here, very classy showroom floor, very clean. I felt as if I stepped into a time machine. The cars they have here are flawless.
