Stock #6149Toyota Land Cruiser's portfolio is full to the brim with wonderful products. Often forgotten in the mix, the 90 Series is a hidden gem of the model line. Its nearly bulletproof reliability speaks for itself, but this 1997 is great for so many more reasons. Offering a good mix of size and efficiency, this third-row equipped SUV is spacious yet maneuverable. Finished in a Desert Dune over Gray Metallic (K03), this rig is set off by a set off by menacing privacy tint, OEM rainguards, chrome mirror caps, and aggressive 16" Sharin alloys wrapped in 31" Falken rubber.  Fresh off a recent service, this refined turn-key rig boasts a mere 119k verified and documented miles on the clock. That barely broken in for those who are familiar with this truck's stout 3.0L turbodiesel, and the surefooted Full-Time 4WD system is perfect for year-round use. Ideal for use as a daily driver, cool weekend overlander, and trustworthy family hauler, this Prado is a certified Japanese Classic. The cabin features decent ergonomics, premium materials, and a few safety options and upgrades. The view of the road is clean and unencumbered and the tall ride height allows the driver to see above traffic. The dashboard lacks any cracking or fading and houses dual front SRS airbags for some additional peace of mind. The driver benefits from a tilt adjustable steering column to find the ideal driving position and has controls for the automatic digital climate control system within arms reach. It is easy to operate and blasts cold A/C or piping hot heat at a moments notice. Directly above is a functional Pioneer radio upgrade. It works properly and supplements the 1KZ-TE soundtrack from under the hood. Power windows, power folding mirrors and electric door locks all work in typical Toyota fashion and make daily use more enjoyable. The upholstery lacks any major rips, stains or tear and is upholstered in a gray and blue textured cloth. The headliner, and carpets are in fair shape and have resisted major abuse over the years outside of a few light stains to the former. Aside from a broken cupholder cover, an inoperable field monitor and a dinged up drivers door card it's pretty hard to complain about the cabin overall. It even has the original owners manual and factory carpet mats to be included in the sale.!Sharing a platform with the beloved N185 4Runner, this rig is convenient to service and easy to maintain. The intercooled 1KZ-TE under the hood is fresh off an oil and filter service and churns to life care of a new 12v battery. A new engine air filter and new fuel filter were taken care of while it was on the lift and one of our trained techs also replaced the valve cover gasket and half-moon seals with new ones. The four banger feels healthy as a horse and is linked to a stout automatic gearbox. Torque is fed to all four wheels care of a Full-Time 4WD system. Acceleration is impressive for a truck of this size and if traction is an issue, a low range 4WD and center locker can be engaged when necessary. The ride quality is above average for a truck and we have refreshed the suspension with new rear upper control arms. New front sway bar endlinks were also replaced. With plenty of ground clearance and a long wheelbase, this Landy soaks up bumps large and small. The ABS brakes feel confident thanks to new front pads, and are ready to deal with the occasional snow storm. The power steering is light yet on point and this Toyota goes right where you point it.  The new 31" inch rolling stock looks mean and the rubber reduces road noise significantly. Fresh off an alignment, the all-terrains will surely last for tens of thousands of miles to come!*California Residents: In order to register a Grey Market vehicle in the state of California then it will have to be made CARB compliant first.
