The Suzuki Jimny is a beloved, pint-sized Ute that's full of personality and off-road prowess. Our 1996 is backed by a durable 1.3 gasoline engine, stout 4WD, and is finished in an eye-catching, one-off Olive Drab over Black two-tone. With a polished tube front bumper, 2" lift, and a set of mean-looking black five-spoke alloys, this Jimny has looks that kill and has racked up a scant 114k verified and documented miles. Save for some light defects in the paintwork, there's not much to complain about this killer exterior and the aesthetic should be more than enough to garner ooh's and ahh's at your local Cars and Coffee. Dependable, stylish, and downright fun to drive, this Jimny is one Japanese Classic we can't seem to get enough of!

Like the exterior, the interior is simplistically designed, was cared for in a prior life, and offers up just enough amenities to make daily driving in the 21st century a hassle-free affair. A MOMO steering wheel replaces the clunky factory unit and feels comfortable in the palms of your hands overall. Both cold A/C and hot heat work as advertised and help to keep your cabin's occupants comfortable. Adjacent to the HVAC, a Pioneer audio upgrade adds some modernization to the cockpit and sounds decent. It even has USB and auxiliary inputs. The seats are upholstered in a comfortable cloth and leather combination and have resisted any major wear and tear over the years. Additionally, the door cards, headliner, and carpet beneath are also in great nick. The rear jump seats can squeeze in two additional passengers if needed and can fold forward to open up a bit more cargo space. Both windows roll up and down manually, and the manually adjustable locks and mirrors are easy to operate as well. The vinyl dash is free of any unwanted UV cracking or distortion and as a whole, this simple and spartan interior is truly a swell place to be for all who occupy it.

The G13B under the bonnet excels on many fronts. Most importantly, this petrol powerplant is easy to service, frugal on fuel, and has an abundance of parts and stateside service availability! Ours is fresh off some recent maintenance by our trained technicians and cranks over with haste thanks to a new 12v battery. We addressed a few pesky oil leaks, and a fresh valve cover gasket, distributor o-ring, and oil pan gasket were installed after a fresh oil and filter service to ensure you don't lose any necessary lubricant. We also replaced the fuel filter for a bit of a preemptive tune-up, and with the maintenance performed, this runabout is a joy to drive! The pint-size 1.3 offers plenty of grunt for around-town driving and is capable of highway speeds. That is not to say the Jimny will be blasting down the interstate like a Rolls-Royce. Admittedly, with the short wheelbase and skinny tires, it's a bit of a white-knuckle experience. Still, it can do it and for short stints, the Jimny is just fine. The lifted suspension floats over larger dips and divots without a hitch and 4WD is on hand if the going gets rough. These Jimnys are legendary on loose terrain like sand and snow. The brakes can easily halt this lightweight compact SUV if needed and the steering is on point. The alloys are wrapped in 30" Japanese Mud Terrains for that old-school look and have plenty of life left in them!
