The Land Cruiser is designed to be rugged, reliable, and damn near bulletproof. This body-on-frame design made it very capable off the beaten path but most haven't seen anything but use on the pavement. This 1995 Toyota Prado is fresh off a recent service and turn-key ready to rock. Originally, the paint was a two-tone dark emerald pearl but was repainted in a one-off Super Black, prior to making its way stateside. The body and paint are in fair condition but have a few blemishes and minor scuffs to note. The graphics are new but the quality of the paint job isn't anything to write home about and is on the inexpensive side. The 15" Alloy wheels are wrapped in 33" Falken A/T tires and a 3" lift completes the aggressive aesthetic. Offered with a mere 106k verified and documented miles this sweet-looking JDM SUV is a certified Japanese Classic and would make for a killer daily driver, kid hauler, or offroad play toy.

The interior is spacious, simple, and features some decent materials. The seats are trimmed in a light gray cloth that is soft to the touch and shows no notable wear on the bolsters or bottoms. The door cards are intact and clean from stains or distortion and the carpets have held up well, too. To help make your commute more convenient, power windows, locks, and electric mirrors are all functional. The headliner shows a few scuff marks from normal use, but no signs of sagging. The dash has held up well against the hands of time with no signs of cracks or bubbling. The heat is on standby just in time for the colder seasons, with the cold A/C ready to go. The OEM steering wheel was swapped out for a woodgrain wheel for added grip and an upscale feel. The Panasonic audio was installed overseas but it is no longer working. The sunroof above allows a fresh breeze into the cabin along with sunlight for the other passengers to enjoy and works like a charm. The second row of seats folds down to allow more cargo space for your belongings, and the 3rd row is removable when you need it. This 7 passenger Prado is quite spacious for adventures or just daily commuting around town. An HID kit was added to gain more visibility at night, and the LED taillights are a nice modern touch with additional safety.

The 1KZ-TE 4-cylinder turbo diesel is a stout engine and easily propels this large Land Cruiser. The engine fires right up with the assist of two new 12V batteries that we installed here at the dealership. The 3.0L creates tons of down-low torque and gets this truck moving with a stab of the trottle. It's fresh off an oil and filter service and doesn't require any scheduled maintenance for another 3,000 miles. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts seamlessly through the gears with no grinds and the clutch has a good release point. The power is sent to all 4 wheels and comes with some off-road amenities. An electronic-locking front hub switch is located on the right of the steering wheel and the 4WD system includes low gearing to get you through some bad weather if need be. The new Falken and 3" lift adds plenty of ground clearance and the suspension is compliant for daily use. The brakes are confident and the power steering makes parking a snap. A manual, lifted, turbo diesel Prado is the ultimate off-road machine that can still haul the family on a daily basis and we only get a few a year!
