1995 Nissan Rasheen

SOLD

Stock #4762The Rasheen is a different type of import. It's the type of vehicle for those who march to the beat of their own drum. Designed during an era where Nissan produced interesting and quirky cars and trucks this 1995 is in wonderful shape. The Rasheen is perfectly sized for city use and can easily accommodate 4 adults and some cargo, too. Larger than the Japanese Kei class vehicles the Rasheen has plenty of power to daily drive on our interstates, unlike the 660cc powered class that is barely faster than a mo-ped. Even more interesting, this 4WD example has the popular (in Japan) Lummern H4 Hummer conversion, which consists of new front and rear bumpers, a new grille, new headlights, new marker lights, and a new hood. Fully repainted in Black, this menacing micro Hummer turns heads everywhere it goes. The exterior is in good condition barring a few scratches on the left rear. The paint presents well and there is no major damage to note. Accessorized with an aftermarket set of 14" alloy wheels this recently serviced and legally imported Rasheen is one special ride! Inside the cabin, your interest will be further piqued with the stylish OEM upholstered plaid seats. In addition, the interior feels quite large and makes great use of the space available, something Japan is notorious for. The seats have held up well over the years and show no major rips or stains with just minor bolster wear on the driver seat.  Above your head, you'll find an enormous power sunroof that functions properly. Power features include power windows with one-touch driver controls, power mirrors, power locks, and analog climate control all of which function properly. The A/C blows nice and cold while the heat warms you upon command. There is some light wear to note on some of the plastic surfaces, like the door panels and shift knob. and the audio is inoperable. Still, at 25 years of age, it's obvious this car was cared for in a prior life. The carpet and headliner are both in good nick and the Rasheen even has plenty of cargo room in the rear for your groceries. Powering this mini Hummer is an engine much more fuel-efficient than an actual Hummer. Nissan's GA15DE 1.5 liter gasoline engine is what you'll find under the hood which is paired to the infamous ATTESA 4WD drivetrain and an automatic gearbox. The little four-banger starts up promptly thanks to a new 12v battery. While you won't be winning any races,  this Rasheen gets along comfortably and does highway speeds although it may take a bit longer to reach them. Shifts through the automatic are smooth and the suspension feels comfortable over bumps both large and small. Our trained technicians installed a brand new water pump and front main seal along with a new valve cover gasket. We've also performed a fresh oil and filter change to boot making this fun classic turn key and ready to drive home today! *California Residents: In order to register a Grey Market vehicle in the state of California then it will have to be made CARB complaint first.
