The Accord Coupe has always been one of the most capable and best-designed offerings in the compact segment. Offering sedan-like space and utility with the sporty and sleek profile of a 2 door, coupes like this 1995 CD8 Accord SiR continue to impress even when stacked up against today's competition. Finished in Sherwood Green Pearl (G-78P), the exterior of this Accord looks great for its age and, aside from some expected stone chips and light fading in the clear coat, seems to have resisted any serious wear and tear over the years, save for a replacement of the passenger door. Exterior styling is mostly stock, with the only modification being a set of Truhart coilovers that eliminate any unsightly wheel gap against the aftermarket 17" alloys, and this one was nicely optioned from the factory with OEM rainguards and a factory parking pole as well. Offered up with a powerhouse drivetrain and only 124k verified/documented miles, this SiR would make for a formidable city commuter that could hold its own on a long-distance road trip as well! Comfortable, spacious, and extremely affordable, these CD8 coupes deliver incredible value and is a true Japanese Classic!
 
The interior is spacious, accommodating, and most importantly plush and comfortable for your day-to-day activities on the road. The factory upholstery is trimmed in a soft and supple grey cloth and has remained in incredible shape over the years, resisting any major rips, tears, stains, and other miscellaneous wear. The driver benefits from a fully power-adjustable seat and some additional lumbar adjustment as well. A driver SRS airbag sits atop a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a tilt adjustment is present on the steering column, if needed. The sweeping, low-profile dash is no worse for the wear and boasts an aftermarket navigation screen. Aside from that modification, the dash is free of cracks, peeling, and any major UV damage. The center stack is versatile and houses a fully functional digital automatic climate control unit, with cold A/C and piping hot heat on standby at the twist of a dial. Positioned below the HVAC is a factory Bose audio system, which could use a replacement as the audio quality is a bit spotty. Power windows are on tap and work without a hitch, and the driver benefits from power folding mirrors and power locks to boot! A power moonroof is even fully functional if you prefer a more open air driving experience. Despite its 2 door profile, the rear seats have plenty of room to accommodate three additional passengers, and the trunk serves up ample cargo space as well. Rounding off the laundry list of interior equipment is a trick factory air purifier, fully functional and highly desired amongst Honda enthusiasts! Aside from an inaccurate tachometer, there's not much to complain about, as the vast majority of this interior is in above-average condition.

While the exterior of this one might deceive the eye, the powerplant under the hood is far from anything our stateside Accords ever received. Donning Honda's "big block" H22A VTEC, this responsive and reliable mill is similar to USDM Honda Preludes, making parts, servicing, and modification a breeze! To set this daily-use coupe up for miles of worry free driving, we've done some necessary maintenance in our facility. Starting with a recently replaced 12v battery that helps this one crank over the first time, every time. A new rear main seal was installed, and a fresh oil and filter service was performed to ensure you won't sweat a drop of necessary lubrication. With that buttoned up, she runs like a champ, crossing over into VTEC and climbing to highway speeds with ease. For city commutes, the automatic transmission shifts smoothly and works like a charm. Power is hammered down to the front wheels care of two new CV axles, and the brakes chomp down hard if you need to reach an abrupt stop. For a daily-use coupe, the power steering is light and on point, and fresh rubber was mounted on all four corners to deliver plenty of grip for tens of thousands of reliable Honda miles to come!
