Stock #6358
Stock #6358This 1994 Suzuki Jimny may be pint sized, but it's a serious off roader. Tough and determined, these little rigs will go anywhere the big boys can! Besides its capabilities, this SUV gets a million looks, with its wide aftermarket fender flares and OEM rainguards. Other highlights include a chrome grille, polished gas tank shield, chrome mirrors, bumpers, and wide 15" Apio Wild Boar wheels. Aside from a few light dings, chips and scrapes the Radiant Red Pearl (OFT) paint is in fine shape and this four seater is fresh off a recent service. Powered by a US spec 1.3L engine and featuring a manual gearbox, this little hauler would be a perfect city runabout or tenacious weekend trail truck. With only 139k verified and documented miles on the clock, this Ute has seen a fraction of the use of our typical domestic Suzuki Sidekicks! Japanese Classics come in all shapes and sizes, but it's hard to beat this ride's bang for the buck! The interior is in good shape and has a few niceties that make daily driving enjoyable. Most vehicles in this class lack any amenities but this Jimny actually features cold A/C so that summertime drives are pleasant. The view outside the cabin feels like a normal size vehicle thanks to the tall ride height and the dashboard itself lacks any cracking or fading. An Eclipse touchscreen audio system pumps out the tunes and makes the cabin feel a bit more modern. The seats are in good shape and lack any major rips, stains or tears. Crank windows, manual locks, and manual windows won't fail electronically and work like a charm. A woodgrain steering wheel, shift knob, and checkerboard carpet mats give the cabin a retro aesthetic, and this Jimny works great as a people hauler thanks to a sizable rear seat. The simple, utilitarian design is great for a lot of reasons, but most importantly, we're glad this example was well cared for in a prior life.Built atop a robust body on frame platform this Jimny is able to handle loads of abuse. The same can be said for the G13B engine, which was sold here in various versions. The 1.3L is fresh off an oil and filter service, and whirrs to life with the twist of the key. A new fuel filter was installed to keep unwanted contaminants out of the four-banger and it runs right as rain. The G-series is linked to a five speed manual gearbox. Shifts feel responsive and the driver can select between 2WD and 4WD thanks to the twin stick. For beach outing or trail treks, a low range can also be engaged. We changed out the transmission output seal to ensure smooth gearbox operation, and new leaf spring bushings were installed all the way around to keep the suspension comfortable and compliant. The Yokohama all terrains are knee deep in tread and really complete the all business aesthetic. Comfortable and stylish, they should keep you covered for whatever driving conditions may appear!*California Residents: In order to register a Grey Market vehicle in the state of California then it will have to be made CARB compliant first. CARB certifications will have to be performed within the state. Depending on the vehicle and any existing modifications will affect the pricing. Typically CARB compliance will range between 5-10K.
