When it comes to Skyline's the R32 will always be a favorite among enthusiasts. With its legendary styling, lively drive train, and rewarding drive, there's no doubt about why. This Red Pearl Metallic (AH3) example has just arrived in our showroom and is in great condition. The paint shows particularly well, with only some minor rock chips and door dings, but much better than you would expect from a typical 27 year old car. While the exterior remains mostly all stock it does sport the OEM optional side skirts and rear wing making the iconic silhouette. The styling of these has aged gracefully as they still turn heads everywhere they go.

The interior tells the same story as the body does. The gray cloth shows exceptionally well, devoid of any rips or stains. The driver's side bolster has even survived the years without suffering the common crinkling or tears from getting in and out that we see so frequently. Both the passenger and rear seats are in similar, if not better, shape along with the carpets and headliner. As with all R32s, it does have the typical dash bubble, however, there's no cracking or sun fading to deal with. Barring the deep dish wheel, the interior has been left completely stock, just as Nissan would have liked it. There is one wear spot near the driver's door pull that can be seen in the photos. All of the powered accessories are functioning properly which include the power windows, mirrors, and locks. The R32 came factory equipped with automatic climate control which is also functioning as expected.

The driveline in this particular coupe is what everyone looks for; front-engine, rear-wheel drive, an old fashioned manual transmission. Popping the hood reveals Nissan's renowned workhorse, the RB20DET. The RB fires right up, and due to the design of the inline-six idles nearly vibration-free. With only 159K verified miles, it's only just getting broken in. The untouched engine bay is refreshing to find, as many have been modified in some form over their life, even if it's just an air intake. Power comes on quickly as the turbo spools and pulls heartily to redline, thanks to a full overhaul on the fuel system. The 5 speed shifts easily making it a blast to row through the gears. Power is sent rearward with immediacy and the vehicle accelerates with a broad, linear, power curve. The OEM suspension is very well balanced and handles road imperfections without an issue. Of course, having new tires on all four corners also helps with grip. Whether you're looking for a new project to modify or simply a turn key JDM option, you can't go wrong with this GTS-t!
