The R33 Skyline was one of Nissan's crowning achievements in the 1990s. It improved upon many of the flaws of its predecessors while simultaneously creating an attractive, powerful, yet extremely capable midsize sport coupe. This 1993 Skyline came offered from the factory in GTS25-T Type M trim, sporting Nissan's formidable 2.5l turbocharged engine and a 5-speed RWD transmission. Recently serviced in-house by our trained technicians, this R33 is offered with 118k verified and documented miles and is a road-ready example ready to turn heads and spin tires. Finished in a lovely coat of Nissan's Super Clear Red Metallic (AN0) and set off by contrasting white Stage Belmont wheels, this Skyline is set up nicely as-is, but some choice OEM and aftermarket upgrades really set this one apart from the rest of the pack. An OEM R33 S2 wing, side skirts, and rear spats spice up the already bold exterior styling, and an OEM option grille, hood and trunk lips, and faux carbon Ganador mirrors make for some choice accessorizing. Aside from some minor paint flaws associated with normal use this stunning GTS25-t would be an excellent companion for weekend drives or the occasional cars and coffee. Clean, comfortable, and competent this Skyline is a true Japanese Classic and a must-have for any Nissan enthusiast.

Compared to the R32, the R33's interior benefits from premium materials and a more user-friendly layout, and this particular cabin is outfitted with just enough factory and aftermarket upgrades to keep the drive interesting. The dash is clean and crack-free, and the lower dash panel and door trim have been upgraded to a stylish faux carbon appearance. The dash layout is intuitive with automatic digital climate control on the ready. A/C blows ice cold for those remaining summer heat waves, and hot heat is on standby for the cooler months. The driver's seat has been upgraded to an R33 GTR unit, and the grey cloth passenger seat and door cards are in good nick which makes for quite the attractive cockpit alongside a tri-spoke MOMO steering wheel. This Skyline comes equipped with a handful of power amenities to make daily driving a breeze. Power locks and windows are in good working order, and the controls for the power mirrors remain intact in case you want to revert back to the stock power folding units. A Greddy boost gauge is affixed atop the steering column and helps the driver monitor turbo pressure with ease. While the OEM instrumentation is typically failure prone, the dash reads accurately across all gauges and was even upgraded for better illumination. The back seats provide sufficient room for additional passengers, and the trunk can haul your day-to-day necessities without worry. All in all this interior is quite attractive and aside from a missing emergency brake boot and some wear on the center console lid, it's hard to complain about its current condition.

The heart of this beast comes courtesy of Nissan's RB25DET. An inline six powerhouse packed with plenty of potential, this engine is a fine companion for the R33 chassis and is relatively simple to service. Ignition is rapid, care of a new 12V battery, and a fresh timing belt, water pump, and oil and filter service performed in-house keeps this powerplant idling smooth and confident. Shifts through the 5-speed manual transmission are direct and responsive, and power is sent to the rear wheels without hesitation. Acceleration is healthy, and an Apex'i pod filter frees up restrictions in the intake tract while releasing a symphony of delicious turbo noises. Suspension is stiff yet compliant and is tuned for performance driving, thanks to a quality set of HKS coilovers and a Cusco strut tower bar, and a recent replacement of the HICAS arms keeps the ride confident and responsive. The brakes stop on a dime and a set of four new Falken tires eliminate any unwanted road noise and will keep this R33 chugging along for many miles to come!
