There's just something about a 300ZX in black, and with the T Tops off the silhouette is instantly recognizable. The Midnight Black (GL1) paint looks menacing and the Greddy front bumper only increases that. The factory style fog lights are still operational and definitely noticeable from the driver's seat. The paint shows very well and has a deep sheen in the sunlight. With only 47K miles the paint has been kept mostly blemish free. The body has been kept up to the same standards with no notable dents or dings. To take things even further a quality set of staggered 17" Autostrada Modena wheels were fitted. Otherwise the looks have been kept all factory and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

The interior has been kept mostly all original as well with only a few minor changes. A weighted billet shift knob replaces the factory one but could easily be swapped out in favor of something else. A HKS turbo timer was mounted on top of the steering column. Lastly the original radio has been upgraded with a Kenwood M707 receiver and D707 equalizer. Otherwise everything in the cabin remains as it did back in 1992. Even the factory sun shading is still present for the rear hatch and T Tops. In the hatch the T Top covers and straps are still in place as well. The power driver seat is in great shape with only a small amount of wear to the bolster. Otherwise both seats are in great shape free of any rips, tears, or stains. The same can be said about the door cards and carpeting. All of the power accessories function as they should; the windows, door locks, and folding mirrors. The automatic climate control operates as it should, the A/C blows cool but I believe needs a simple recharge to be cold.

Neatly tucked under the hood is the VG30DETT that made the Fairlady infamous. The 3 liter V6 fires right up and sounds killer through the single exit Fujitsubo exhaust. The tone is deep at idle and really frees up as you climb in revs. Power comes on smoothly and really surges once the turbos spool. The 5 speed shifts smoothly and the clutch engages easily. Rowing through the 5 speed is fantastic with the tops out and the exhaust blasting. The suspension is stock, but feels good for such a heavy car. The previous owner sent along the original books for the car and Kenwood system, along with service records through roughly the first 30K miles. This Z32 is prime for the summer months ahead as a great turn key driver's car.
