The Y32 Chassis was introduced in July 1991 and offered in 2 different models initially. The Cedric and the Gloria, which were both built on the same platform. There were a wide array of trim levels offered however the top model was the Gran Turismo Ultima. This trim level featured a sporty face lift with influences from BMW and Jaguar. However, Nissan didn't stop at aesthetics as the Gran Turismo models were offered with a potent VG30DET single turbo V6 power plant producing 255 horsepower.

This 1991 Cedric Gran Turismo Ultima is very clean and has been tastefully modified. The pearl white paint looks great at any angle and still shines nicely. The rear bumper has a few blemishes but otherwise the paint is very clean. The body is in similar shape with no major dents or dings. A lower ride height and set of 19” Work Varianza wheels help it to stand out and really compliment the overall look of this vehicle.

The interior has been well taken care of by previous owner and shows minimal wear. The steering column cover does have some damage but otherwise it’s hard to find other flaws inside. The dash has no severe wear and the door panels are in good shape. The seats are free of rips and tears and both the carpet and headliner have no major staining. As you would expect it’s fully loaded with power amenities and includes a sunroof which is functioning correctly.

Mechanically it runs excellently and has cold A/C for those hot summer days. The VG30DET starts right away, idles smoothly, and pulls very nicely under acceleration. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly while transferring power to the rear wheels. Lower ride height has been achieved via Junction Produce coilovers. Overall it drives excellently and has just 57k original miles.
