This legendary example of the R32 coupe is an accessible, US legal, turn key sports car. Instead of going to see one at a museum, why not simply own one for yourself! Our Series 1 Type-M has been well cared for over the years. The projection headlamps, rear spats, side skirts, and front aero all add to the distinctive looks of this 2 door model. Finished in one of the most rare colors (AH3) Red Pearl Metallic, the ruby-hued paint shows little signs of wear, beyond normal fading over the urethane bodywork. The body panels have been kept up equally well; no notable dents, scratches, or scuffs are present. It's white Modia KS-05 alloys set the the tone for this lightly modified Skyline Coupe's demeanor. Its measured balance of performance modifications really help to distinguish itself from a stock example. With 104K verified miles, this 1990 model is a great platform for your first JDM vehicle. Our expert technicians have made sure to bring all the necessary maintenance up to date. Services include four newly mounted and balanced tires and six brand new spark plugs. The most expensive engine maintenance item has been performed, so that the new owner can benefit from a new Nissan OEM timing belt and water pump. The suspension has also been freshened with new set of tie rods, and lastly, a replacement 12V battery has been fitted to help ensure that the starter turns reliably.

The interior has been nicely maintained with little signs of wear. Cockpit updates come from a GReddy boost gauge and updated head unit, which is not compatible with US radio functions. The air conditioning blows cold, and the digital climate systems works properly. Both the seats and carpeting are free of any notable spills or stains. The rear passenger seats look rarely used, as with most of the coupes. Bolstering is still premium, and the front occupants can ride comfortably for a long duration. The R32 had several power amenities standard such as window, mirrors, and door locks, all of which are in good working order. A quick aside, the Skylines auto down feature is somewhat rare for cars of this vintage, and aids daily driving. The dash is free of cracks, although the Skyline dash bubble is present. On the plus side, the drivers bezel isn't cracked as many typically are, and provides decent interior illumination for safe monitoring of the gauge cluster.

Under the hood is the zingy and rugged RB20DET straight six. This smooth engine has plenty of life left in it, and pulls strong up to redline. Perhaps the Tommy Kiara style FRP bumper gives a hint that this little Nissan is not exactly bone stock. At any juncture, the two liter fires right up, and idles along with a deeper burble coming from the exhaust. The factory piping was ditched in Japan for a better breathing, and the sporty coupe now features an Invidia 3" catback. The Skyline's six cylinder provides plenty of power without being overly aggressive for daily duties. The power band is linear, and even, with great mid range torque. The turbocharger whooshes to life, providing a sporty soundtrack to those in the cockpit. The M's intake element does nicely improve the cars natural sounds, and can be reused and cleaned unlike paper filters. The 5 speed transmission shifts well, without any grinds, and the clutch engages with ease. The shiftier is particularly crisp and feels well connected. All corners of the suspension are well sorted, the chassis feels confident in the turns without having to sacrifice ride quality. The front structure has been tied together with a NISMO strut tower brace. If the driver desires a different chassis feel, KYB V-IS adjustable shocks can be changed to better suit one's motoring tastes. The car stops quickly, thanks in part to the Skyline's disc brakes, and the vehicle has been Virginia state safety inspected. This legally imported, classic coupe is a guaranteed way to put a smile on any enthusiasts face. Its forgiving, playful chassis, and impressive build quality make this an awesome automotive option for a multitude of reasons. Own a Japanese Classic today!
