The R33 is a fabled iteration of the Nissan Skyline. Its updated chassis, improved interior ergonomics, and hefty displacement bump , allowed this generation to nearly complete the remainder of the decade in production. The Super Black (KH3) exterior has been lightly modified and cared for. The OEM Type M optional Side Skirts are present and flow well with the rear wing, another subtle upgrade. The body is in good condition with no major dings or dents and the paint is in good nick. Finally a set of 18" Volk Racing Daytona alloy wheels have been added, and contrast the black exterior perfectly.

The interior has also received several upgrades and is in good shape. You will first notice an Apex'i boost gauge to keep an eye on the positive pressure of the charged air. A Nismo look shift knob continues the black over gray theme, and covers the upgraded shifter. The dash itself is in great condition and has no major sun damage, cracks, or bubbles The driver side seat does have the common side bolster blemish, but is in otherwise in great shape. The interior carpeting and other seats are in great shape. For longer cruises, the adjustable lumbar support is exceptional, and the material is still plush. The door panels are very clean and the fabric inserts are in great shape. The rear seats are all in fantastic condition, and have no major stains. Like most coupes, they seem to hardly have been used, as families would often spring for the sedan model to purchase. This is definitely a drivers car, as the car came from the factory without audio, and the a/c has been partially removed.

Mechanically the RB25DET starts right away and idles smoothly. The large straight six has a new 12v battery installed, so the next owner has a few winters worth of hassle free cold starts. Exhaust tone has been much improved thanks to a 3" down pipe and aftermarket muffler. A cone filter lets the engine breathe a bit easier, and adds a nice whoosh when the throttle is pinned. Additionally, the factory intercooler has been replaced with a larger aluminum front mounted unit. Shifts through the 5 speed transmission are smooth without any grinds, and the linkage is short and direct. It's clear the engine is healthy with just 86k original miles, and it has benefited from a fresh oil change. We also installed a brand new aluminum Mishimoto radiator as the original was starting to fail. These RB's aren't only sought after for how easy they are to tune; they are surprisingly refined and have little vibration compared to even modern four cylinder vehicles. Suspension is sharpened with a set of 2" lowering springs on newer struts. The ride is decent for a lowered car, and it should have no problems handling numerous road conditions. If the next owner plans to drive this particular one home to start a new life in another state, they will find that we have also mounted and balanced 4 brand new all season tires for the journey.
