Models like this 2000 GT-T make the legend attainable, collectible, and remarkably easy to own and daily drive. This Skyline checks all the boxes, with a potent turbocharged drivetrain, a 5-speed gearbox, rear wheel drive, and a slew of quality modifications to enhance the driving experience. Best of all, it touts only 104k verified and documented miles on the clock, which should do a lot to help this spicy sports coupe retain its value. Interior Overview

The R34 Skyline’s cockpit was the first to feel truly modern in our opinion. Access inside is made more seamless courtesy of factory keyless entry. The futuristic design, durable materials, and intuitive switchgear help this chassis stand out from the 32 and 33 preceding it, and 25 years later we must say the craftsmanship has held up exceptionally. The seats are upholstered in a durable sport mesh. Breathable and lightweight, they hold forward passengers snugly when sashaying through the twisties. The driver can also tailor the cabin’s comfort with a tilt-adjustable steering column. For the safety-conscious, a passenger SRS airbag is present up front. In lieu of the stock steering wheel, the driver gains a leather wrapped MOMO unit that feels comfortable in the palm. An autogauge boost gauge also helps the pilot monitor boost pressure on the fly. The center stack frames a modern Kenwood touch screen. With Bluetooth integration and US FM compatibility, the sound quality is above average, and your tunes can be pumped in on command. Adjacent to the headunit lies an easy to use digital automatic climate control system. It pumps in cold A/C or hot heat for local clientele as we rapidly approach the winter months. The dash cover is in good shape, although that’s not to say the cabin is perfect. The steering wheel shows some wear from daily use, as do the hard plastics surrounding the shifter. There’s also a small hole in the driver’s seat bolster. On the plus side, a laundry list of documentation has been retained, and we even have the original carpeted floor mats to include with the purchase!

Mechanical Overview

The RB25DET is a real crown jewel of a powerplant. Bolstered with NEO VVL technology, this Skyline packs in plenty of power, is fun to modify, and easy to service! A GP sports exhaust with an Apex’i exhaust valve and Blitz intake adds a few extra ponies to the stable. Our trained technicians have also performed a laundry list of maintenance on this I-6, including a comprehensive timing belt and water pump service to get you on track for future maintenance schedules. As is standard procedure, we flushed the coolant with new fluid, and installed new serpentine belts across the board to drive your accessories. We also capped things off with new valve cover gaskets, and six new spark plugs across the board. With the maintenance breathing new life into the RB, it was ready for its first road test. Power is sent straight to a 5-speed manual transmission, and gets delivered straight to the rear wheels. The Blitz coilover suspension keeps the chassis glued to the pavement and eliminates unnecessary wheel gap. To bolster the suspension, new front traction arm bushings and swaybar links were installed. Our biggest portion of drivetrain rehab was a fresh steering rack reseal. As part of the rebuild, we chucked on new inner and outer tie rods, rack boots, and we replaced the inner HICAS arms in the rear for good measure. With the drivetrain dialed, and a fresh alignment performed here on our rack, the only thing left was to install four new tires on the BBS’ to prepare this lovely Skyline for sale!
