The cabin is spacious, clean and nicely equipped. Upgrades include a Pioneer radio that sounds great and looks cool. The dashboard lacks any cracking or fading, and dual SRS airbags are standard. The centrally located automatic climate control system is simple to operate and blasts in cold A/C and piping hot heat if needed. If you prefer natural ventilation, the rear quarter glass pops out, the side windows power down and a large sunroof can tilt and retract. The driver benefits from a slate of electric amenities making daily use more enjoyable. Power locks and power-folding side mirrors work in typical Toyota fashion and cruise control assists when you need to rest your legs. A new thermostat gets the 2UZ-FE at the proper operating temps, and new hood shocks make future fluid checks as easy as pie. The DOHC mill is linked to a stout automatic gearbox that makes good use of the powerband and shifts like a charm. Torque is sent through a full-time 4WD system.
