Exterior Overview
The S161 Aristo V300 has surprised us more than any other chassis we’ve seen at the dealership. The true essence of a sleeper sedan, these luxury transporters are easy to cruise down the interstate, pummel down a windy back road, or gobble up potholes when jaunting from stoplight to stoplight downtown. The drivetrain is legendary too, and shares most of its DNA with the fabled MKIV Supra Twin Turbo. Our 1998 is a classic example with a seldom seen 39k miles on the clock. Verified and documented, this White Pearl (051) Aristo is set off by an aftermarket grille, LED tail lamps, an OEM spoiler and factory rainguards. Showing just a few minor paint imperfections from daily use, the cosmetics are in above-average shape overall and this Aristo turns plenty of heads to those in the know. Comfortable, capable, and quick, this is a genre-defining Japanese Classic!

Mechanical Overview
In the US, the GS300 was known for refinement and a civil on-road demeanor. This V300 is plenty refined, but the 2JZ-GTE under the bonnet can’t help but send this sedan tail happy from time to time! Our trained technicians have set this I-6 up for the road ahead with all the necessary maintenance, including a new timing belt and water pump kit to get you on track for the next 10 years or 100,000 km. We also addressed a few pesky oil leaks, and installed new cam seals, a fresh crank seal, and a new oil pan gasket, to keep all lubricant from your oil and filter service internal. We also resealed the valve covers for good measure, and installed a new alternator to replace the weak original unit. The 2J feels healthy, as do the stock twin turbos, which shoot you up to highway speeds with haste. The driveline also received a hearty refresh, with new front lower ball joints and caster arm bushings assisting handling. Adjustable KYB struts and RS*R lowering springs keep the chassis planted, and also eliminate any unsightly wheel gap. The steering is on point and responsive for a luxury sedan, and the nitrogen assisted ABS brakes clamp down with force. The polished factory alloys look great and are wrapped in good rubber. Chock full of tread, they’ll keep you covered for the road ahead and we aligned this Aristo to prolong the life of the rubber!
