The cabin is cavernous, in good shape, and includes numerous factory and aftermarket upgrades. Access inside is made more seamless thanks to functional keyless entry. Pilots of all sizes are greeted by a tilt-adjustable steering column and adjustable lumbar support so they can find the perfect driving position. The dashboard lacks any cracking, and dual SRS airbags are standard equipment for this model. Mounted front and center atop it is an OEM field monitor which replays info about the outside conditions should you lose cell service. The center stack is close by and within arm’s reach. So that the new owner could enjoy Bluetooth hands-free tech and American radio, we installed a brand new Boss head unit. Below the new Boss sits a simple-to-use automatic climate system. The heat is piping hot for the upcoming winter, and cold A/C is on hand for these last few warm days of the year. Rear occupants have their own dedicated climate controls, which are optional. If you prefer more natural ventilation, a massive panoramic sunroof can tilt and retract. Additionally, the side windows power down with the press of a button, and the rear quarter glass flares outward to supplement airflow through the cabin. To make daily use more enjoyable, power folding mirrors and electric locks work as they should. The seats and door cards are upholstered in neat blue and gray textured cloth. The material lacks any major rips, stains, or tears and is in good shape. The middle row can recline, split fold, and tumble forward to create a massive cargo hold. The rear jump seats can be completely removed or stowed tidily against the D pillar. Aside from some light staining on the carpets and headliner, and some damage to the head of the key its hard to critique this cabin, as it was clearly cared for in a life overseas.
Mechanical Overview
This ladder chassis truck is simple yet sturdy. The 5VZ-FE is a good fit for this Prado, providing all the grunt you’ll ever need. Thanks to a new 12v battery, the quad cam mill turns over instantly and is fresh off an oil and filter service. The spark plugs were replaced so that the fuel would be properly atomized, and one of our trained techs went to work on the most expensive preventative maintenance there is! A new timing belt and water pump were installed, which will be good for another 10 years or 100k kilometers! A new thermostat was chucked in, and we flushed the coolant for good measure. The 5VZ runs right as rain and is paired with a strong automatic gearbox. It shifts properly and feeds torque through a full time 4WD system. A center locking differential is standard, and a low range can be engaged when loose road surfaces stand in your way. On the pavement, this truck really shines. Its gets up to highway merging speeds without breaking a sweat and is a comfortable freeway cruiser with its long wheelbase. We have extensively refreshed the suspension to deliver a top tier ride. New front shocks went on, and the front sway bar links, front lower control arms, and front lower ball joints were taken care of at the same time. We also rehabbed the power steering system while it was on the lift. The steering rack was rebuilt, new fluid was flushed in, and new bushings and boots were installed. We performed an alignment immediately after and replaced the inner and outer tie rods with new ones, so future adjustments could be dialed in with ease. Grip is handled by four new Falken all-terrain tires. Freshly mounted and balanced, they will provide all of the year-round grip required for tens of thousands of miles to come. Lastly, we replaced the front brake pads and rotors and performed a fluid flush. Turnkey and ready to rock, this road trip-ready Landy is good to go!

CARB certifications will have to be performed within the state. Depending on the vehicle and any existing modifications will affect the pricing. Typically CARB compliance will range between 5-10K.
