The Nissan Gloria is a choice executive sedan. It's refined, affordable, reliable, and looks like a million bucks. This 1997 is a lovely one-owner example, and is lowered on new coilovers,and finished in a stellar Arctic White Metallic (QN0). Adorned by OEM one-piece rainguards and set off by semi-gloss 18" Final Speed alloys, this sedan is in good shape aside from some light dings, chips, and scuffs associated with normal use. Fresh off a recent service, this rear-driven saloon is turn-key ready to rock, and if offered with a mere 47k verified and documented miles on the clock. Safe, spacious, and stylish, this Japanese Classic would be an ideal daily driver, cool cruising commuter, or whimsical weekend whip.

The cabin is in above-average shape and was cared for in a prior life. The dashboard is in great nick and lacks any cracking or fading. Dual SRS airbags are standard and add some peace of mind for those who might be safety conscious. Located atop the center stack is a simple to use digital automatic climate control system. It doles out piping hot heat and cold A/C when called upon, and is close by at hand. Below an OEM audio system that pumps tunes through the cabin and sounds decent for its age. The driver can find the ideal seating position thanks to an electric seat and tilt adjustable steering column. Power windows, locks, and mirrors all function making daily use more enjoyable. The door cards, headliner, and carpets are in good shape and the gray upholstery lacks any major rips, stains or tears. That's not to say the cabin is perfect as the tachometer doesn't read properly and the power folding side mirror functionality has given up the ghost. Still, at 25 years old the condition is impressive and we feel the next owner will agree.

This balanced and refined chassis is hard to fault. The same can be said for the VQ30DE, which is fresh off an oil and filter service. The 3.0L churns to life care of a new 12v battery and breathes freely care of a new engine air filter. Fuel is properly atomized thanks to six new spark plugs, and one of our trained techs fixed a couple oil leaks while it was on our lift. A new rear main seal and valve cover gaskets shore up the all-aluminum VQ, so that the oil level stays on full! The compact engine idles with little vibration and revs freely, pulling strong all the way to redline. It is linked to a smooth-shifting automatic gearbox that feeds power to the rear differential. Acceleration is more than adequate for daily use, and merging onto the freeway is a stress free affair. It also stops well, with its standard anti lock braking system. The power steering is light and on point and this Nissan drives straight as an arrow as it was freshly aligned in our shop. For state inspection we replaced the front caster arms and installed new adjustable coilovers. While the suspension is firmer than stock, the VIP vibes are worth it and this sedan doesn't beat you up! Lastly, we mounted and balanced new rubber at each corner. The brand new tires quell road noises and will last for tens of thousands of miles to come!
