If you love Honda's EK generation Civic, but want a few upmarket gadgets, special styling, and 4WD, we have the ride for you. This 1997 Domani is a stunning and practical sedan, that is safe and efficient to boot. Finished in a stunning Adriatic Blue Pearl (B-74P), and set off by a set of 14" Modulo alloys and OEM rainguards, the paint is in fine shape aside from some light scratches, dings, and chips associated with normal use. Recently serviced and ready to be pressed into year-round service, this trusty sedan is offered with an incredibly low 30k verified and documented miles. For those who want a unique car that's easy to service and fun to bop around in, this lovable Japanese Classic will surely fit the bill!

You can tell a lot about how a vehicle was cared for by the condition of the cabin. We hardly find Honda's in this shape, as the interior is in above average condition. Aside from a modern Kenwood headunit upgrade, the cabin seems just as it left the factory. Unlike many compacts of this era, dual SRS airbags are standard up front, which will add some peace of mind to your commute. The dash itself is in good nick and lacks any cracking or fading. The simple-to-use climate control system is within arms reach and works like a charm. There is plenty of electric equipment to enjoy, such as electric windows, locks and side mirrors. These all work as advertised in typical Honda fashion. The door cards, headliner, and carpets are in good shape and we even have the original factory carpeted mats to give to the next owner. The gray upholstery steals the show and is soft and durable. The seats lack any major rips, stains, or tears and there is an impressive amount of rear legroom for those traveling in the back. Overall it's hard to critique this interior, and it was obviously cared for in a prior life. It even has an OEM air purifier, maintenance booklets, and factory carpeted mats!

The mechanicals are in decent shape too, and the D16a four-cylinder is fresh off an oil and filter service. The engine starts up promptly with a twist of the key, and benefits from a new 12v battery we installed here stateside. We also replaced the old, weeping valve cover with a new one. This peppy four-banger is mated to an automatic gearbox helping this lightweight saloon gets up to highway speeds without breaking a sweat. If the weather doesn't want to comply, this Domani features 4WD! The rear differential has received a service and the 4WD works like a charm! The suspension is compliant and predictable and new trailing arm bushings improve the feel of this little Honda. The brakes feel reassured, as we have installed new pads and rotors up front, and the power steering is light, yet on point. The all-season tires are knee-deep in tread and will last for tens of thousands of miles to come.
