Honda is well known for the Civic model series by enthusiasts all around the world. The original intent was an economic commuter, which sales prove it does extremely well at. However, Honda soon realized with the help of some now-famous tuning companies in Japan that the Civic was and is so much more than that. This 1996 Honda Civic Ferio Si-2 model is the result of Honda's realization that economy cars can also be fun to drive, and has a piddly 60K verified and documented miles on it. The exterior is finished in Honda's stunning Vogue Silver Metallic (NH-583M) and is in great shape aside from minor scuffs and rock chips from normal use. Notable repairs include a new front left fender and hood. Aside from the aftermarket rain guards, the Ferio stays true to honda's original vision off the assembly line. Whether you are looking to collect an iconic piece of history or a cool daily commuter, this Civic Ferio Si is right up your alley!

A well-designed compact car that comfortably seats five is a win! Spacious is an understatement and the sedan delivers plenty of leg and headroom at max capacity. Trimmed in a light grey upholstery with confetti seat inserts, the material lacks any major imperfections and the period-correct interior is in good shape overall. This Civic Si-2 has soft yet sporty seats and is well-equipped with heaps of power amenities. You receive electric windows, power mirrors with folding capability, power locks, and dual SRS airbags for added safety. Even the driver's seat is electric and works like a charm.  Automatic climate control works fantastic for cold A/C and heat as the cooler seasons approach. The clean dash is in great condition with no signs of cracking or UV damage to note, and the condition of the door cards matches the headliner with no stains or rips detected. The carpet has also stood up against the test of time shows very little wear.  A nice treat to add to this clean civic are the original floor mats which are included in the trunk.  The original radio is still present for all your audio needs and while limited radio frequency is available here in the US, all the speakers are functional as well.  Undoubtedly this is another impeccable example of a well-cared-for Japanese Classic straight from the land of the rising sun!

Honda built some of the best drivetrains available for sale in the mid-1990s and this one is no exception. This Si is powered by a B16A that is fresh off an oil and filter service. It cranks over quickly thanks to a new 12v battery and is connected to a slick-shifting automatic gearbox. Power is fed to the front wheels and acceleration is decent. The VTEC system kicks in at higher RPM and the 1.6L comes alive at the top portion of the powerband en route to highway speeds. The suspension is predictable and the brakes are tight and responsive. The wheels are all wrapped in new rubber at all four corners. They quiet the ride down and will deliver tens of thousands of miles of premium year-round grip to come.
