The cabin is in good shape overall and was cared for in a prior life as evidenced by the condition of the OEM carpeted floor mats included in the sale. The truck's ergonomic cabin leaves little to be desired. Power rear glass, side windows, door locks, and mirrors all work as they should, making daily driving enjoyable. The driver even benefits from a tilt-adjustable steering column and adjustable lumbar support to find the ideal driving position. The view of the road ahead is clear and unincumbered and the dash lacks any cracking or fading. Dual SRS airbags add some reassurance for those who are safety conscious and ABS is standard as well. The center stack includes a modern Kenwood headunit. The sound quality is decent and the clean aesthetic is much better suited for this cabin. Directly above is the automatic climate control system. Simple to use and intuitive, it blows cold A/C and piping hot heat on demand. The seats are upholstered in a durable gray cloth. Similar to durable corduroy, the seats are comfortable on long hauls and have resisted any major damage such as rips, stains, or tears. The same material is mirrored in the door cards which are in equally good shape. The carpet and headliner have withstood the past 25 years without sustaining major damage and overall the interior will impress!

Beauty is more than skin deep and this sturdy body on frame Toyota couldn't agree more. The robust platform is powered by a powerful and efficient 3.0L turbodiesel. The 1KZ-TE is fresh off an oil and filter service and starts up with a twist of the key. A new 12v battery was installed here stateside and should last for a few years to come and deliver all the CCA's needed for the cold winter ahead. A new valve cover gasket was installed to keep the engine topped up on lubricant and it runs like a champ. Power is fed through a slick-shifting automatic and sent to two or all four wheels depending on the driver's preference. If a beach trip is in order rest assured the new 33" Falkens and center locker can handle loose terrain you throw at it. The factory suspension was ditched overseas for a 2" lift. The struts were showing some signs of advanced wear so we replaced all four and the truck now delivers on a premium ride. The steering is on point and power-assisted and this heavy midsize SUV stops proficiently thanks to new front pads and rotors. We didn't stop there and further refreshed the driveline with a new left rear axle seal. This Hilux needs nothing but a new owner to enjoy it here stateside!
