The Land Cruiser Prado is as hot as any JDM SUV we offer at the moment. Our clients love the look, ruggedness, and low cost of ownership these are known for. This 1995 widebody SX is a stellar-looking truck, finished in TRD Lunar Rock, this wonderful truck is offered with a mere 116k verified and documented miles. The body is in good shape overall aside from some minor dings and scuffs and a small crack in the paint by the driver's headlight. It is complemented by rear privacy tint, LED taillights, and some mean-looking aftermarket wheels. Boasting a recently serviced and powerful 1KZ turbodiesel, this seven-seat rig would make for an ideal daily driver or weekend trail truck.

The cabin is surprisingly well equipped for a vehicle with DNA dating back to the 1970s. Toyota improved it several times over its production cycle and this one is a prime example of that. This one features a tilt-adjustable steering column, power windows, locks, and mirrors. They all work as advertised and make daily use convenient. Other cabin upgrades include a classy wood grain steering wheel and an American spec Kenwood head unit that includes Apple CarPlay.  The A/C blows ice cold at the moment, although the compressor is beginning to show some signs of failure. It makes some noise but it's hard to hear over the engine. The heat is impressive as these are great winter rides and the controls are intuitive. The rear privacy tint also helps to keep interior temps down and protect the interior plastics from harmful rays of the sun. Also, we wanted to note the pricey, fitted leather seat covers that protect the front seats and middle row. Aside from some wear on the driver's seat they are in good shape and lack any other major blemishes. The third row doesn't include these covers but the upholstery is looking fine and the seats split and fold up on the d-pillar to maximize cargo area. The headliner and door cards look good although the sun visors sag a touch. We also wanted to note a small chip in the windshield which has been filled, a few dash cracks, and that the audio system is inoperable. While admittedly not perfect, the condition is still good 25 years post-production and it's obvious the truck was cared for in a prior life. It even has its Japanese owner's manuals still in the glovebox.

You'll hardly ever hear about a Prado customer worrying about interior amenities, it's all about the drivetrain! This 1KZ-TE engine is a gem and is fresh off a recent oil and filter service. Our trained technicians have installed a new aluminum radiator to keep the 1KT cool and installed a new set of serpentine belts. Thanks to a battery installed stateside, you can depend on her to start up promptly in the depths of winter and the massive four-banger idles confidently. The 3.0L is mated to a slick-shifting automatic gearbox. The transfer case allows the driver to supply power to all four wheels when grip is needed, but utilize 2WD when better MPG is convenient. Best of all we have installed new OEM locking front hubs. You can depend on these robust units to assist in the direst of situations if they are called upon. The ride is comfortable at highway speeds and the suspension is predictable and can handle the rigors of daily abuse and use. The brakes are confident and the power steering system makes this big beast manageable to park in the tight confines of a supermarket. The wheels have been freshly powder coated in a flat black and are rocking five new Falken all-terrain tires at all four corners and out back on the spare.
