Our 1994 Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed is offered with a mere 93k verified and documented miles on the chassis. Accessorized with a set of OEM rainguards, this Silver over Green Metallic two-tone (H81), is in great shape aside from the normal rock chips and scuffs associated with normal driving. This durable and stout SUV comes packed with plenty of electric amenities, too, and space for seven occupants. The inside of this cabin is super spacious and has been well cared for over the years. The three rows of seats are trimmed in a soft gray cloth that lacks any rips, stains, or tears. The dash is in good shape, too, with no notable cracks or distortion, which can be a common find in these. The field monitor system allows you to keep an eye on the outside condition and includes a compass, altimeter, and thermometer. There is a Sanyo Gorilla LCD above, and an Assura GPS Radar Detector but it does not seem to power on. The 2nd and 3rd rows can collapse to allow more storage space when you need it, and the door cards are in great shape with no rips or tears. The headliner shows no sagging or stains to report and has held up well over the years. Power windows and power locks are fully operable making daily use effortless. Although the power sunroof is inoperable to tilt or retract, you still benefit from the extra sunlight for those in the back seats. The power mirror adjustments function as they should but we also wanted to note the power-folding capability is toast. The OEM audio was ditched and upgraded for a Kenwood head unit for all your audio needs. It sounds good, but admittedly we like the sounds from the turbo-diesel engine even more! The automatic climate control blows cold A/C easily and the heat is present to keep you warm for this upcoming winter season.

The 4M40 2.8L turbo diesel engine is no slouch and also delivers decent fuel economy. The 2.8L engine fires right up thanks to the assistance of 2 new 12v batteries that will last for years to come. Fresh off an oil and filter service the 4M doesn't require any scheduled service for another 3000 miles. The cooling system has been refreshed, and a new radiator keeps the engine temperature in check. Connected to the four-banger is a trusty 4-speed automatic transmission. The gearbox shifts seamlessly and is appropriately geared for interstate use. A selective transfer case is on hand and you can change between 2 and 4WD at speeds up to 62MPH. A low-range setting and center locker are on hand to back you up for good measure if the weather turns bad. The OEM suspension rides great and is adjustable depending on the driver's preference. The platform feels confident and the truck handles large and small potholes without cause for concern. The brakes are responsive and easily slow this rig when required. The acceleration is linear for a diesel and the low-end power is great from stoplight to stoplight. The steering is light, making parking situations a breeze. To complete our reconditioning, all the tires were replaced with new all-terrain units. We even did the spare, and the new rubber will last for tens of thousands of miles to come.
