The popularity of the Land Cruiser 80 series has been on the rise over the last few years, which is impressive considering that they have been desirable since its release. This 1994 Land Cruiser VX Limited ticks all the right boxes, and features a spacious and well equipped cabin. Offered with a mere 121k verified and documented miles, this recently serviced Land Cruiser is barely broken in. Enthusiasts will love that our turbo diesel rig is equipped with the desirable triple locker option and has been recently refinished in a one off Grey Metallic. The paint is in nice condition aside from a few minor scuffs and dings from normal use. Notable prior repairs in Japan include a new right fender and new left front door. Sporting a set of aftermarket alloy wheels and a host of lighting upgrades, this 80 series is one mean-looking and decidedly determined JDM SUV. The iconic styling, bulletproof diesel engine, and go-anywhere 4WD system make this Land Cruiser a certified Japanese classic and it won't last long!

The cabin includes heaps of interior space and some pretty awesome optional equipment like the factory cool box and ice maker! The dash is in great condition and has no major UV damage or cracks. The factory steering leather wrapped steering wheel is worn under the cover, and some of the plastics are starting to show some age like the center armrest. Otherwise the interior is quite clean and well cared for. The seats are in nice shape with only some minor bolster wear, and no rips or tears of note. The front seats also have headrest monitors for the rear passengers while they appear to power on, they may not be connected to the headunit currently. The headunit has been upgraded to a nice double din, however all of the functionality is in Japanese and while it does work, it can be cumbersome to navigate. The automatic climate control boasts cold A/C at the moment and piping hot heat to suit any climate you may encounter. The original owner's manual is included in the glove box, too. The power windows and locks all operate properly and the power sunroof works as well, although the motor is a tad slow. The passenger side power mirror is functional, however the drivers side can only be adjusted manually. The door panels have all held up well over the years with no major damage and only some light wear. The rear seats are in great condition as well and fold forward to create a huge cargo area when needed. The Cruiser was taken care of in a prior life overseas, and it shows!

Powering this Cruiser is the famed 1HD-T straight-six turbo diesel. This 4.2l cranks to life quickly thanks to two new 12v batteries and a new starter. The engine idles nearly vibration free, and acceleration is surprising for a diesel, making easy work of merging onto the highway and maintaining freeway speeds. Power is sent through all four wheels via an automatic transmission and a 4WD transfer case and is equipped with front, rear, and center locking differentials. This hard-to-find combo is a major part of what makes this 80 series so desirable. A new engine air filter lets the diesel breathe freely and a new thermostat keeps engine temps in check. Our trained technicians also serviced the front hubs along with the front and rear diffs. The brakes slow the rig down easily now thanks to new front rotors and front and rear brake pads. Lastly four brand new Falken Rubitrek tires will handle any surface you can throw at them, and last for tens of thousands of miles to come.
