Hands down one of the best touring sedans to come out of Japan was the JZX platform. We just got in this great, factory stock, example with only 44K miles. Finished in one of the more unique colors, Dark Green Mica (6N2) it really makes you look twice before realizing it's green and not black. The exterior does have a few nice factory options. The lower chin spoiler helps give a more aggressive look to the long nose of the Mark II. Surprisingly It also still has the rare factory wind deflector for the sunroof. Otherwise the exterior has been kept just as Toyota intended. The body itself has been kept in overall good condition but there are a few door dings to be found. Nothing that chipped the paint or a little PDR couldn't take care of. The same can be said about the front and rear bumpers. The front has some stone chips (as to be expected) and the rear does have some minor scuffs. The body itself is very straight and all of the panels line up accordingly.

The interior has been kept all original and in excellent shape. The OEM seats are comfortable and surprisingly supportive. Both front and rear seats are free of any rips or notable stains. The driver side bolster does show some signs of wear from getting in and out but nothing serious. All of the original equipment functions as it should; power windows, door locks, mirrors, sunroof, and even the original radio are also present. It even came equipped with full automatic climate control, which does blow cold. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or major sun damage. The headliner, carpet, and door panels have all been kept up to the same standards and look great for their age.

Under the hood is what makes this car just so much fun. The twin turbo 1JZ-GTE fires right up and runs excellent. Everything has been kept in it's original state and appears to have been well maintained. Considering this motor is what came in the MKIII Supra, making this family sedan a little less of a sleeper can easily be arranged. The aftermarket is very strong for these as they're one of the most popular drift platforms in Japan. Power delivery is smooth but pulls like a freight train to the 7K redline. The automatic transmission shifts seamlessly under load and engages without any hesitation. The suspension makes for a great blend of comfort when cruising but feels very responsive when you get into the twisties. At the end of the day the JZX90 is one of the best driving sedans to come out of Japan. The build potential is outrageous all while having an understated sedan to keep you under the radar.
