The demand for bulletproof 90's era Japanese SUVs is growing rapidly and for good reason. Uncomplicated by modern tech, that seems to break down regularly these simply built, stout, body-on-frame SUVs are equipped with unbeatable drivetrains and rugged 4WD systems. This 1993 Nissan Safari Granroad comes to us with a mere 138K verified miles. Finished in Nissan's Super Black (6M2) Gold two-tone on the lower portion of the vehicle the colors compliment each other very well and scream 90's. Although there are some signs of light wear around the vehicle, such as a few door dings, scuffs, and minor paint fade the overall condition is good and the truck presents well. This ultimate hauler has plenty of cabin space to pack the family up for some weekend Overlanding or makes for a comfortable and unique daily driver for errands around town.

The interior is spacious, to say the least, thanks to the factory high roof option. Front seating is comfortable with grey cloth showing no rips or tears in the fabric. The dash is in good shape and lacks any cracking or bubbling which is found often in these vehicles. The seating position is fantastic and you really do feel like the king of the road, being able to see over the traffic in front of you easily. Overall the interior condition is great, with minimal wear. The headliner is nice with no stains, sagging, or rips. The door cards do show some wear all around and specifically on the driver-side armrest and the passenger-side rear shows some sun damage on the top near the window area. Other than the two mentioned areas, the condition is quite good. The driver has power windows and locks that are fully functional as intended as well as the power mirror adjustments. OEM rain guards are a nice addition for when you want some fresh air but the rain doesn't allow it. The A/C is discovered as inoperable when our technicians inspected the vehicle. You also have the option in the center console to lock the differential if you find yourself in a tough off-road situation to get out of and thanks to the new all-terrain tires, you will get plenty of traction to assist with either off-road adventures or inclement weather.

Nissan equipped the Safari with a torquey, and powerful TD42 I6 diesel engine. Mechanically simple and built to last, maintenance is easy and can be serviced at any local diesel shop. A turn of the key and this beast comes to life, thanks to two new 12V batteries that should last you for another 4 years providing enough cranking power through the winter seasons to come. Our mechanics performed a fresh oil and filter service that will give the new owner peace of mind until the next scheduled oil service. Paired with the I6 is the RE4R03A 4-speed automatic transmission that shifts silky smooth. The mpg can be rewarding if you are easy with your right foot. Power is sent to the brand new 31" tires at each corner of the truck keeping you connected to the road. All terrains can take on whatever the weather throws at you, as well as some off-road capability when needed. The suspension is resilient and can handle the trials of daily use with ease. Power steering is light and responsive when needed, and the brakes slow the rig down adequately. The ground clearance is massive giving the new owner a broad view and limitless adventure potential. The perfect family hauler body-on-frame vehicle, fully capable of allowing you to enjoy the ride.
