Traditionally, a van would not be the first choice when you are in the market for a spacious off-road capable machine that can do it all. The Delica was released and opened the idea of an off-road capable adventure van and added some spice to the mix. This 1992 Mitsubishi Delica Starwagon is finished in a Mystic Black Pearl (X08) with silver two-tone. Accompanied with a mere 68K verified and documented miles, the body is in great shape. The Delica is not the traditional van you would see here stateside but it is undoubtedly cool! A few scuffs and scratches are found on the lower body panels but nothing you wouldn't expect from normal driving over the years. The OEM brush guard protects the front end from tree limbs and the fog lights ensure visibility on the trails. A beefy turbo diesel van with a capable 4WD system makes for an interesting overlander that can conquer your adventures on the weekend, and still safely take the kids to school on Monday!

The interior of the spacious overlander is trimmed in a light grey cloth and shows no major signs of bolster wear or rips. The dash is in great shape with no signs of cracking or sun damage and the new owner will benefit from the original owner's manuals found in the glovebox. The view ahead is clear with the large windshield and seating position well above traffic. The driver benefits from the power windows, mirrors, and locks that are all operable. The OEM audio still works great though radio frequencies are not the same in Japan. The A/C is functional and the heat is ready for the upcoming cooler weather.  The carpet is clean and free of any major stains and is designed in a true 90s vibe with "Chamonix" printed throughout the rig. The second row of seats can collapse down for added storage, and you can also change the direction of the seats 180 degrees to face the rear passengers for limo like seating. Rear passenger climate controls are located in the back so you can take charge of the adjustability without bothering the driver. The 3rd row seats three people comfortably and when they are not occupied, you can remove the seats to increase the overall cargo area, This 8 seater family hauler has plenty of leg and headroom to spare, even at full capacity. 

Mitsubishi's 4D56 2.5L turbo diesel 4 cylinder is the same engine found in the Pajero and was designed specifically for the Dakar Rally. This engine has been in production for years making parts availability quick and easy. A simple turn of the key and the engine comes to life thanks to the new 12V batteries. Upon inspection, our trained technicians performed maintenance bits such as a new thermostat, coolant flush, and a new alternator. The 4-speed transmission shifts seamlessly upon acceleration getting you to your desired speeds with no fuss. The suspension handles well both on and off the beaten path, and the brand new tires ensure that you will have grip for tens of thousands of miles ahead. The owner will benefit from a selectable 4WD that will accommodate whatever terrain you find yourself in. A 2wd option on the transfer case will allow for easy daily driving and max fuel economy.
