We just got in one of the most instantly recognizable cars to come out of Japan. This 1991 Nissan Skyline GTS-T is a great example of why this car has become such a cult classic. Finished in Diamond Black Pearl Metallic (732) it's a subtle head turner. The paint shows pretty well for it's age but isn't perfect. The same can be said about the body, there are some dents present that could easily be corrected with a bit of PDR. Based on the modifications made by the previous owner this car was built for someone that truly enjoyed driving. The Type M front bumper, side skirts, and rear spats look aggressive and give it a nice low stance. It does not have the traditional wing on the back which is a refreshing change of pace. To help with the looks, and driving experience, a set of HKS coilovers have been installed. Otherwise the appearance has been left all original, just the way Nissan had intended.

Climbing inside you'll notice a lot of purposeful upgrades. The driver seat has been replaced with a factory GTR seat which fits like a glove. The driver side bolster does have a tear but has no effect on it's duty. The steering wheel has been upgraded to a timeless Nardi 3 spoke. A Razo shift knob was added to match the looks of the Nardi wheel. Atop the dash are a Defi boost and water temp gauge. These are hooked up to the Defi link advance system which allows for live data, playback, and peak recall. A Carrozzeria (Pioneer) double din replaces the factory radio that supports WMA/MP3/AAC/SD playback. The rest of the interior has been left original and is in good shape. The passenger and rear seats are in great shape. The carpets and headliner are free of any notable stains or tears. The dash does have the ever common bubble but is free of any cracks. The driver side door panel also has a wear spot that can be seen in pictures. All of the accessories function as they should, including the automatic climate control.

Under the hood continues with the performance oriented modifications. A Blitz intake, that is most certainly noticeable under throttle, and a Cusco Catch Can. To help the RB20DET breathe a little easier an Invida high flow exhaust was added. The exhaust note is aggressive but not overbearing. With only 54K original miles the RB20 starts with ease and runs strong all the way to redline. Shifting through the 5 Speed is a joy with no grinding or hesitations. Between the choice performance upgrades and an already sublime platform this is a car that's just begging to run.
