1990 Nissan Terrano Turbo Diesel

We’ve got another 4x4 turbo-diesel SUV that is in great shape, this time it’s a Nissan Terrano. This particular one has the TD27 turbo-diesel engine, which was never offered in the U.S. Pathfinder. It’s off-road prowess is supported by its multiple class wins in the Dakar rally. Despite that capability, it’s still plenty comfortable for road use, especially with features like suspension comfort control.

On the exterior it’s hard to find much wrong with this Terrano. The body is in great shape, free of any major dents or dings. Likewise, the paint has no major blemishes and still shines nicely. The bumpers do show some slight fading, but overall the exterior is in great condition.

The interior has been well taken care of by the previous owner. The seats are free of rips, tears, and stains. The carpet is in similar condition with no major stains. The dash follows suit and shows no cracks or bubbles. The standard Clinometer still functions, power options, and AC are all still operable. The rear seats provide room for four or fold down for increased cargo capacity. The rare factory sunroof works properly and does not leak.

Mechanically this SUV needs nothing, it starts right away and runs without fault. The 4X4 still works correctly and shifts through the 4-speed automatic are smooth. There’s no issue getting up to high way speeds and maintaining them. On the two hour drive back to our facility, we were exceptionally pleased with how it performed.

Overall this Nissan Terrano is in great condition and the perfect vehicle for any 4X4 or diesel enthusiast.
