When the thought of a Nissan sedan comes to mind, Skylines are often overlooked. They provide more room than their coupe brethren while delivering the same sporty driving experience. Leaving the factory with an automatic, this turbo sedan is equipped with a manual transmission now as it should be. Finished in a Blue Grey Storm (TG0), with a classy grey cloth interior, this Nissan largely has stayed true to its original form with the exception of a few upgrades, including a sexy set of R34 alloys. The paint is in good overall condition besides some minor blemishes and rock chips from normal use. Boasting an incredible 57K verified and documented miles, this sleek sedan is just getting broken in and is fresh off a recent service. Responsive, reliable, and spacious this Skyline is a Japanese Classic the whole family can enjoy together.

The cabin is larger in the sedan allowing rear passengers to enter without cramming behind the front seats every time. This five-seater can accommodate actual adults in the rear, although admittedly legroom and headroom aren't massive. The analog gauges are simple to read at a glance, and the controls surround the gauge cluster and are all quickly at hand. The OEM radio and automatic digital climate control are intuitive to use and function properly. The A/C blows cold just in time for the summer heat. Conversely, piping hot heat is readily available for the winter to follow. The dash is clear of bubbling and lacks any weather-related distortion, which is uncommon for this model. Upholstered with grey cloth, it's obvious the previous owner did take special care of this car. The seating surfaces lack any major rips stains, or tears, and are comfortable on long cruises. The headliner has no major sagging or stains to note and the door cards do, however, show some wear on the inserts. Power windows, locks, mirror adjustments with power-folding capability all function properly and make daily use more enjoyable.

The RB20DET engine is a well-engineered powerplant with plenty of available torque and horsepower. Startup is instant with the help of a new 12V battery installed here stateside. The fuel system has been refreshed with a new fuel pump, sock, and fuel filter. Power is sent to the wheels through a close-ratio five-speed gearbox. Shifts are seamless with no grinding to note. Our trained techs have installed a new clutch and flywheel to save the next owner on one of the most pricey preventative maintained items. Power is impressive upon acceleration and the power band is as linear as any turbo car of this era can be. The OEM suspension was ditched for a set of adjustable coilovers. They allow this chassis to handle flatly and reduce that pesky fender gap resulting in a sleeker aesthetic. Yes, they are firmer than stock but aren't aggressive enough that you wouldn't want to daily drive on them. To finish out this ride we mounted new tires at all four corners to the R34 alloys. They have quieted the NVH down noticeably and will provide plenty of year-round grip to come.

If you are looking for a great all-around performer look no further. Spacious enough for the family yet fun to drive, this sedan checks all the boxes!
