When Nissan built the Z32 it accidentally happened to make the quintessential Grand Tourer of the 90's. A comfortable 2+2 fitted with gobs of power that still knew how to handle a curve, what more could you ask for? This beautiful Twin Turbo Fairlady Z with only 22K original miles has just arrived and is ready to drive home today! The Fairlady looks exceptional finished in the quintessential sports car color; Aztec Red (AG2). The paint and body on this one have been kept in outstanding shape. The paint shows particularly well and has no major defects or imperfections. The body has been kept in the same condition and is very straight. The only part we can be critical about is the rear wing. For those familiar with Nissan they used a dense foam style wing at the time and this one, like most, does show some signs of degradation. The paint color matches well, however there are some bubbles and seams in the paint. Otherwise the exterior has been left all original and unmodified which is exactly the way it should be. This is the 2+2 turbo model which was not sold in the U.S. and also features T-Tops which do not show any indication of leaking after being tested for leaks by our technicians.

The gray cloth interior has been excellently maintained over it's lifespan. The dash is in very good condition showing no major sun damage, fading, or cracks. The center console and leather trimmed shift knob, shift boot, and E-brake boot are all in fantastic condition as well. The leather wrapped steering wheel shows very little wear and looks great which is impressive seeing as it's one of the first pieces to break down over time. The seats have also been kept in great shape and are free of any rips, tears, or major stains. Along with the cruise control, power seats were a bit of a rarity for the time and the driver's seat is functioning properly. The same can be said about all the power accessories; windows, mirrors, locks, and climate control. The automatic climate control is functioning as expected and blow nice and cold when you click on the A/C. The help with the summer heat the factory sun shades are still present for the T-Tops which are hard to find original these days. The only issue that's been spotted with the interior are the rear quarter panels. As can be noted in the pictures, the leather covering them has begun to peel. It's not uncommon to see, and should be able to be corrected by a quality upholstery shop.

Under the hood is the infamous VG30DETT (3.0 V6 Twin Turbo) that made this car so famous. Mated to a proper 3 pedal, 5 speed makes it an absolute blast to throw around. This engine fires right up and idles smoothly. Acceleration is excellent and in boost you'll get pinned to the back of the seat. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts well and the clutch holds the power well and shows no signs of slipping. The engine has been left completely untouched, just the way Nissan intended. There's obviously no shortage of options out there if someone wanted to modify it, but with such a clean OEM car it would be a bit of a shame. Since arriving here it's had a fresh oil change, a new set of plugs, and a new shifter bushing as the stock one had some play. This car is perfect for the purist looking for a clean slate to add to the collection. It has to be one of the cleanest Z's to come through Classics to date!
