1989 R32 Skyline GT-R RB26DETT 5 Speed
At Japanese Classics we take pride in importing exceptionally clean vehicles at fair prices. This GTR is no exception and is nearly 100% stock. It has been looked after extremely well during its previous 26 years in Japan. Almost everything on this GTR is how it would have come from the factory. Even the OEM airbox and exhaust have been kept stock. The exterior is in great shape with no major dents or dings. The paint shines very nicely and has minimal wear. The underbody is virtually rust free is becoming difficult to find these days.
Mechanically the vehicle is nearly perfect. The engine starts right away with no hesitation, idles and revs smoothly, and pulls strong under boost. Nothing mechanically has been changed and is 100% stock. The 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly every time without issue. The OEM Atessa AWD system and HICAS both function properly and do not need servicing. All bushings, suspension, and brake components are in good condition. The valve cover paint is worn and could use powder coating,
The interior is well above average for R32 GTRs. The dash does not have the typical bubble" that is so common of these cars, the seats are nice in good condition. The carpet has no rips or stains and the the remaining interior panels are in great condition. The steering wheel was rewrapped at some point and has a non-GTR horn button. Other changes include a turbo timer and a different shift boot. Overall the interior is in great condition with very few changes.
This is a well maintained and true to original form GTR.
