E30 touring wagons were not originally available in the U.S., this 1989 BMW 325 IX Touring Wagon is in exceptional condition and very original. The body is rust free and has been well kept over the last 26 years. The 325 IX was the only E30 to feature all-wheel drive and this one is paired with a 5 speed manual transmission and 2.5L powerplant. Also, this vehicle is LHD as most Tourings you will find will be RHD.
Mechanically this vehicle is sound and ready to hit the road. It starts right away and needs no work. It runs and drives excellently and shifts smoothly. The drivetrain is all original with no modifications. The steering, brakes, and suspension all feel solid, just like you would expect from BMW. This car has just 127k miles on it (The gauge cluster is shown in Kilometers).
The exterior of this vehicle is in good condition for a vehicle its age and rust free. The only imperfections are some light scratches on the hood/roof and some peeling on the driver side mirror. The paint is in excellent condition and looks great in the sun. Since this vehicle was imported from Spain there is no rust on the exterior or underneath much like you would find on UK imports.
The interior is in very similar condition. All original and overall in very good condition. The only issues present are a very small crack in the dash and a small rip on the drivers seat bottom. All panels, carpet, and other seats are in great condition. Overall this vehicle is in exceptional condition for its age.
