The C33 Nissan Laurel is a RWD Sedan which is ideal for modifying or drift use. The suspension is identical to the S13 chassis, making parts cheap and readily available. This specific examples is a 1989 and powered by the RB20DET. The body is in good shape, very straight, and has no major dents or dings. The paint does have a few blemishes, which is expected with a vehicle this age, but the paint still shines nicely. The only modifications to the exterior are a set of 17” 2 piece mesh wheels.
Inside the vehicle a few light modifications have been made including a wood grain steering wheel and Razo shift knob. The driver side seat has also been replaced with an R32 GT-R seat. Otherwise the interior is the “luxury” trim level which features leather seats. The passenger side seat has a tear in the bottom and some light wear, but otherwise the seats are in good condition. All interior items and trim pieces are present and the dash is in good shape.
Mechanically the vehicle runs very well and has just 64,000 original miles. The RB20DET starts right away, idles correctly, and accelerates without hesitation. Shifts through the 5 speed transmission are smooth and the clutch shows no signs of slipping. Modifications include an aftermarket intake, Apexi 3” catback exhaust, and coilovers. All systems are in good order and the vehicle is roadworthy.
Overall a nice C33 example in its current state or a great starting point for a build.
