In the current Nissan Skyline discourse, it's no secret the recently-legalized R34 has been receiving all the buzz. With the R33 out of the spotlight, it's a great time to set your sights on models like this 1997 Series 2 GTS25T. Finished in Sonic Silver Metallic (KR4) the exterior of this sleek and sexy coupe is set off by a near unobtainable NISMO front bumper lip, factory side skirts, and a prominent C-West rear wing. Lowered on HKS suspension, and Volk GT-P alloys on all four corners, there are no major imperfections to be found outside of a prior replacement of both rear quarter panels in Japan, and some light paint imperfections here and there, this turbo coupe is quite the looker. Fresh off a recent service, this turn-key coupe is offered with a mere 120k verified and documented miles. Stick-shift, sporty, fun, and plenty capable for day-to-day use, the R33 is a timeless Japanese Classic now and forever!

Nissan nailed the interior design for the R33's mid-cycle refresh, bolstering the already premium cabin with upgraded materials and a much-needed dual SRS airbag upgrade in the dash. The patterned cloth upholstery was clearly cared for in a prior life, and outside of a small rip in the driver's bolster, the rest of the materials have remained in great nick over the past couple of decades. The center stack is trimmed in a complementary textured black and houses OEM audio and a surprisingly modern digital automatic climate control unit. For those looking to putt this one around through all four seasons, you can adjust between ice-cold A/C and hot heat on the fly. Power windows, power locks, and even power-folding mirrors work at the flick of a switch and complement the rest of the functional equipment nicely. The dash cover shows no signs of cracking or fading, and the rest of the materials are no worse for the wear from the rear bench to the headliner. Even the factory carpet mats were kept in great shape and are included with the sale to protect your upholstery underneath!

Nissan's RB25DET was a fantastic powerplant, and the R33 only helped solidify its unstoppable reputation from the streets to the circuit! Mated to a slick-shifting 5-speed gearbox, this drivetrain is the stuff of dreams, and we've performed a thorough mechanical check-in in our facility to get this one ripe and ready for the road ahead. The 2.5T cranks over swiftly care of a new 12v battery mounted in the rear, and settles into a smooth idle, with a new engine air filter and fuel filter protecting the I-6 against any unwanted contaminants. The RB emits a reserved burble through a full aftermarket exhaust, and the turbocharger delivers gobs of power and torque down low, as you rocket this one up to highway speeds. An oil and filter service was also performed and should suit you well for the next 5k kilometers or 3k miles. The 5-speed gearbox shifts smoothly, with no grinds or pop-outs to be found, and the clutch sends the power rearward without hesitation. We replaced both rear HICAS ball joints to reinforce the handling, and HKS coilovers on all four corners deliver a firm yet compliant ride while improving aesthetics a bit. The factory brakes bring this coupe to a screeching halt when needed, and we've even mounted and balanced new Kuhmo tires at all four corners.
