Designed with safety in mind, dual front, side, and side curtain airbags make this pickup one of the most well-protected vehicles in the segment. The seats are free of major rips and tears, and the carpets have resisted the rigors of daily use and abuse. The rear bench has enough room to comfortably seat three additional passengers and the interior materials show well apart from a few nicks in the door cards and a few subtle carpet stains. Mechanical Overview

Toyota V6’s are some of the best engines produced, and that includes the 1GR-FE under the bonnet of this pickup. This 4.0l provides propulsion, and can tick along for hundreds of thousands of miles with just basic maintenance. Upon arrival, our trained technicians performed an oil and filter service, and installed a new 12v battery to keep you covered on cold starts for years to come. The V6 engine makes enough power to get out of its own way, and is mated to a silky smooth 5 speed automatic gearbox. 4WD is available on demand, with high and low gearing available at the turn of a dial. The factory-equipped Bilstein shocks were a bit tired, so we elected to improve the suspension with new front struts, KYB rear shocks, and a front leveling kit. We also performed a fresh four wheel alignment after the suspension detail to promote predictable road manners and avoid uneven tire wear. The power steering is light and easy to maneuver, and the ABS brakes stop on a dime. The Method alloys are wrapped in fresh Falken all-terrain tires. Not only do they look dang good, they’ll help this terrific Taco stand out in regular traffic!
