This 1997 Honda Accord SiR is a true Japanese Classic. Reliable, easy to service, unique, and powerful what's not to love about this wagon! The exterior is in good nick with the usual dings and scuffs from normal use, and the Honda Flamenco Black Metallic (NH-592P-3) paint shows nicely. Set off by the 17" aftermarket alloys, reflective privacy tint, and a set of subtle eyelids, this Accord is eye-catching. Boasting only 70K verified and documented miles, this recently serviced five-seater is turn-key and ready to rock. Honda's from this era are as lovable as they get, and this CF2 ticks all the right boxes!

Inside, the view of the road ahead is clear and unobstructed, and the dash lacks any cracking or fading. Dual SRS airbags can be found up front and are standard, adding some peace of mind. Digital automatic climate control is standard, and is happy to blast hot heat or ice-cold A/C. A few power amenities are available to the driver, within arm's reach. The power locks, power windows, and retractable mirrors all are in good working order and make daily use enjoyable. For added ventilation, an electric sunroof sits atop the cabin and can be retracted easily. Adding to the originality of the Accord, inside the glovebox a maintenance book and owner's manual can be found. Both the headliner and the carpets are in good shape lacking any major stains or tears. The front door cards have been redone in a faux black gator skin and the rears in dark suede. The upholstered seats are all well kept and in good condition, lacking any major rips, stains, or tears. The driver even gets the benefits of electric seat adjustment. If storage is a necessity then this wagon is sure to please. The cargo area is massive and the rear seats can be split and folded down for additional cargo capacity. This accord also comes equipped with a privacy screen in the rear for an added measure of security. We did want to note the plastic tweeter trim is missing as is the passenger footwell plastic. Still, at 25 years old it's obvious this car was loved in a prior life.

Powering this SiR wagon is the impressive H22A VTEC 2.2L four-cylinder engine. Loved by Honda die-hards for its aftermarket support and build quality, not to mention the boost in horsepower over the standard Accord wagon! Recently serviced and fresh off an oil and filter service this four-banger starts up upon request thanks to a new 12v battery we installed. The engine makes more torque than your traditional Honda mill, and as such, this estate is quite peppy around town and merges onto the highway with ease. Paired with a smooth-shifting automatic transmission, this runabout is perfect for the daily commute. For some added reassurance a new valve cover gasket was installed and the dual cam 2.2L now stays topped up on oil. The lowered suspension is firmer than stock, but it's fine for daily use, and the reduced fender gap really suits this vehicle's aesthetic. Four new Falken tires were mounted and balanced at all corners. The new rubber quiets down the cabin noise and will most importantly last for tens of thousands of miles to come. Perfect to cruise around with family or friends on the weekends, or as a fuel-efficient daily, the Accord can fit into almost any lifestyle. Honda reliability, striking styling, plus plenty of cabin room and amenities can be had for not a whole lot. That's why we love this Accord and we think the next owner will too!
