Continuing the lineage of the Toyota Hilux is this recently legalized, third-generation RZN185. Similar to the US-spec 4Runner, this SSR-X is a definite looker and driven even better. Equipped with an OEM spoiler, OEM aluminum side steps, 16" Weds Keeler Field alloy wheels, new 31" tires, and dark privacy tint, this Hilux sports an aggressive look. Inside the spacious cabin, the interior is spacious and modern feeling, for being 25 years old. Packed with tons of options from the factory, both driver and passengers are sure to enjoy all the amenities. The dashboard is in good nick lacking any cracks, bubbles, or lifting near the windshield. Upgraded with a JVC head unit, although incapable of picking up US frequencies, the head unit does have a CD player and an AUX port to allow one to play some tunes while cruising. The woodgrain trim around the center console is also in great condition lacking any cracks. The automatic climate control allows for the cabin to be maintained at a cold or warm temperature, depending on the outside climate, thanks to cold A/C. Power windows, power locks, power mirrors, and a power back glass all function properly and make daily use enjoyable. For those sunny days where all the windows are down, a power sunroof is also available for added airflow and vitamin D in the cabin. Right in front of the sunroof is the OEM field monitor, which is fully functioning as well. The headliner is in good condition, lacking any sagging, stains, or tears. Seating is taken care of by well-maintained gray upholstered OEM seats, with no major rips or tears. For added safety this RZN185 Hilux is equipped with dual SRS airbags, allowing the driver and front passenger additional peace of mind. The tall ride height allows for maximum visibility all around, making driving and parking a breeze. Opening the rear hatch reveals a massive storage space that can be enlarged by stowing the second row, for extra space if needed.

The 3RZ-FE 4 cylinder is gas-powered and was offered in the US, making service a breeze. The 3RZ-FE powers the rear wheels, and with the selective 4wd, all 4 wheels when the weather gets nasty or the pavement ends. Paired well with a smooth-shifting automatic transmission both city driving and highway driving are stress free. With a new 12v battery, new spark plugs and wires, and a fresh oil and filter change the engine is up to date on required maintenance. Our trained technicians also installed new front sway bar end links and sway bar bushings to give the suspension a refresh. The OEM suspension handles all types of road conditions easily soaking up bumps and road imperfections. Acceleration is brisk and getting up to highway speeds is no issue. Gearing is perfectly suited for US highways too. For the off-road enthusiast light off-road trails are no issue for this capable rig. As noted in our intro, four 31" Falken have been mounted and balanced, too. The only thing missing is a new owner and this one is bound to be gone quickly!
