This 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser is as clean as they come! This spacious suv is known for its quality build, handsome looks, peppy performance, and collectible nature. It’s no wonder these are so popular, even at 26 years after they were built. The one-off White exterior pops with the reflective privacy tint, amber marker lights, LED tails, and polished OEM bumpers. Aftermarket Bronze wheels wrapped in new 31” Falken tires add to the already killer aesthetic. For those rainy days, the OEM Toyota rain guards are in place from the factory, aiding in keeping the interior dry while allowing some fresh air inside the cabin. Aside from a few light dings, chips, and scuffs from normal use the exterior remains in good shape overall. Boasting only 150K miles this 70 series is just now being broken in and has been recently serviced. This Land Cruiser Prado is an iconic Japanese classic and ready to drive home today and this capable and eye-catching J78 wont last long.

The cabin is spacious with plenty of leg and headroom for everyone inside. Visibility is clear all around as this SUV sits higher than the average vehicle on the road. For those nighttime drives, the bright HID lights are sure to illuminate the roads giving maximum visibility. The dashboard is in good condition lacking any bubbles or lifting, although it does have a hairline crack on the passenger side. Sitting on the dash is the large Alpine screen, which unfortunately is not functioning. The Carrozerria head unit is functioning and has an auxiliary connection to allow one to play the tunes of their choice. Maintaining the cabin temperature is a very simple to use climate control, ready to blast cold A/C or hot heat with the turn of a knob. For those that live in extremely hot or cold areas this SX Land Cruiser is equipped with a working remote start, allowing to cool or warm the SUV prior to getting in. Additional creature comforts include power windows, power locks, and power mirrors which are all in working order and ready to use. An aftermarket wood grain steering wheel was added and in great shape, lacking any major chips or cracks. Welcoming everyone in is the comfortable yet simple black leather seat covers that add a luxurious feel to the interior and lack any major rips, tears, or discoloration. This KZJ78 is equipped with third-row seating for extra passengers if needed or they can be stowed to amplify the already large storage space. The carpet, headliner, and door cards are all in good nick and lack any major tears, scuffs or stains. Found inside the glovebox is the factory owner's manual, a nice bonus for this extremely cool truck!

Powering all four wheels of this 70 series is the legendary 1KZ-TE motor. Fresh off an oil and filter service the 3.0L turbo diesel engine is turn key ready thanks to a new 12v battery and new serpentine belts. The 1KZ is paired perfectly to a smooth-shifting automatic transmission and selective transfer case for those times where a low gear setting is preferred. The OEM electronic hub locks are easily engaged with the push of a button from inside the cabin for those off road enthusiasts. Assuring the longevity of the new Falken tires we went ahead and gave this 70 a fresh alignment as well. Getting up to merging speeds is an easy feat for this large-sized suv, and sustained highway speeds are no problem. Handling is smooth and comfortable and capable on the trails, or down to the grocery store. Truly a Japanese Classic that won’t last long this 70 series is a perfect vehicle for weekend cruises, rides on the beach, or even a unique daily driver.
