Nissan's R33 has proven itself to be quite the timeless chassis, and with the supply of clean, unmolested stock examples rapidly flickering out, models like this 1995 GTS25-t Type M are only becoming all the more desirable. Sporting a chassis clean enough to eat off of, it's hard to believe this one is being offered up with unverified mileage, but alas our Japanese records state that the 294 miles on the clock are not an actual figure. Finished in Silver Metallic (KL0) the stock exterior has a few minute details worth mentioning. The original window seals and trim are free of pitting and peeling, and the body shows no discernible defects outside of some age-related condensation damage in the headlights. Sporting a set of OEM rainguards and a tasteful low-rise OEM rear spoiler, the styling is certainly understated while still maintaining that classic bubbly R33 silhouette. With a clean bill of health and recent service by our trained technicians, this superb Skyline is a turn-key example ready for daily drives, weekend cruises, or an extended stay under a car cover in your garage! Whatever you choose to do with this R33, it still remains a certified Japanese Classic to the fullest.

The interior is where this Skyline truly shines, and it's extremely evident this classy coupe was cared for in a prior life. The patterned grey cloth upholstery is near flawless, with no notable rips, tears, or stains on the factory bucket seats. The quality extends throughout the dash materials as well. The low-profile dashboard is still soft to the touch, and aside from the installation of an unknown accessory atop the center stack, there are no cracks, fading, or spots of distortion to be found. Even the lower dash trim, notorious for peeling over time has remained completely blemish-free. The driver benefits from a standard SRS airbag. Coupled with additional seat height adjustment and a tilt-adjustable steering column, the driving position can be tweaked to find comfort for pilots of all shapes and sizes. Nestled in the center stack is still-functional OEM audio and factory digital automatic climate control. With cold A/C and hot heat on the ready, you can easily adjust the cabin temperature according to the outside climate. Power windows, power locks and even power folding mirrors are all standard and operate as expected. While most coupes of the time were rather unforgiving in terms of rear passenger space, the R33 provides ample room for three additional units of precious cargo, and the trunk serves up a reasonable amount of storage space to boot. Overall, the condition of the cabin is more than adequate for any prospective purchaser, and aside from some miscellaneous wear on the door cards and C Pillar trim, it's hard to find much to fuss about with this cockpit.

Under the hood, the RB25DET sits pretty, and is a great example for anyone searching for a completely unmodified unit. That's not to say we haven't brought this one up to date on maintenance, as our trained technicians have gone through the list and primed her for the road ahead. The turbo-six mill fires up promptly, care of a new 12v battery, which was also installed to properly test the alternator. A new air filter and fuel filter were replaced in-house, and she idles and accelerates without hesitation Of course, we've done a fresh oil and filter service to ensure you won't lose any oil, even under prolonged driving scenarios. Even in stock form, acceleration is plenty impressive, and this punchy 2.5L gets up to highway speeds in a hurry! Shifts through the 5-speed manual box are smooth and direct, and power is hammered down to the rear wheels without issue. The stock suspension is nicely appointed for daily driving, while having the ability to boogie in the backroads if needed. We've shored up the brakes with new pads in the front and she now stops on a dime, every time! Lastly, we've wrapped all four original alloys in Falken all-season rubber. Not only do they insulate the cabin from unwanted road noise, you now have enough grip to last for tens of thousands of miles to come!
