The Nissan Silvia is a Japanese Classic for countless reasons. Its nimble handling characteristics, neutral chassis, and a long list of inexpensive aftermarket performance parts options make it an ideal JDM sports car to buy! This 1995 Q's is finished in Nissan's classic Super Black (KH3) and offered with a mere 80K verified miles. The body is in good shape, other than some minor scuffs and dings associated with normal use. Sporting the rare factory NavaN front bumper and rear wing it's a real looker. Recently serviced and legally imported this lightweight, rear-drive two-door is fun, reliable, and will be a joy to own.

The interior in much better shape than your average 25-year-old Silvia. The dash, unlike many S14s, isn't cracked or distorted. It houses a functioning set of gauges, and an intuitive digital climate control system. The A/C blows cold, a necessity in a black vehicle. The blue and gray, tiger-striped seats look fantastic and don't have the common bolster tears or rips associated with the thin material Nissan chose. The bolstering is comfy for long cruises and the OEM audio pipes tunes through the speaker system just fine. Power windows, locks, and mirrors are standard and the S14 also had an adjustable steering column. It may be nitpicking but if you had to note anything about the interior, its that the glass is lightly frosted due to its age. On the positive side, the headliner and door cards are above average in condition, and no odors such as smoke or dander are present.

Under the bonnet, Nissans naturally-aspirated SR20DE sits far back engine bay for better weight distribution. The 1998cc mill makes enough power to be enjoyed on a daily basis, and the SR has benefited from a recent semi-synthetic oil and filter service. Shes cranks over immediately thanks to a new air filter and 12V battery replaced by one of our trained technicians. Acceleration is linear and the close-ratio five-speed manual works as it should, rowing through the gears smoothly. New plugs have been installed keeping the idle smooth, and a new fuel pump and filter have been taken care of as well. The steering is power-assisted and light, and the brakes are confident when slowing this Silvia down to manageable speeds. The suspension has been refreshed with two new rear struts and the Silvia takes large and small road imperfections with ease. The alloys are all wrapped in new tires, capable of handling grip in the wet and dry.

The tossable and very neutral chassis paired up with simple mechanicals make this an impressive sports coupe, even at 25 years of age. This clean little Nissan has obviously been well maintained, and it shows! As a daily driver, weekend toy, or unmolested platform for a track build, this Silvia provides endless possibilities.
