The Toyota HiAce is a well-rounded go anywhere van. Its performs well with its diesel engine and full-time 4WD, and has loads of space for family, friends, and cargo. This 1995 is fresh off a recent service and boasts a paltry 75k verified and documented miles on the clock. Set off by a set of refinished OEM alloy wheels, factory rainguards, and subtle vinyl decals, this Flaxen Mica Metallic over Topaz Metallic (2AX) example is in good nick aside from a few light dings, chips, and scuffs associated with normal use. Unique, reliable, and highly practical, it's no wonder these rugged vans are our best-selling model. Ready for year-round use, these Japanese Classics won't break the bank and will only go up in value!

The cabin is in wonderful shape and some rare options are included. The power driver seat and digital gauge cluster are functional and only seen on higher-spec models. The dashboard lacks any cracking or fading and the driver receives an SRS airbag. An upgraded Sanyo audio system is close by at hand, and the digital automatic climate controls rest above. Cold A/C and piping hot heat can be dialed in easily and rear occupants have their own controls. If you prefer more natural ventilation, the front windows power down, and the triple sunroofs can be popped open. The electric locks and power-folding mirrors work like a charm and make daily use more enjoyable. The seats are in good shape and lack any major rips stains or tears. The material is soft to the touch, as well. The middle row folds flat and swivels 180 degrees to face the rear. The headliner, door cards, and carpets are in fine shape and have withstood the past 25 years without sustaining major abuse. Aside from a nonadjustable steering column and backup sensors, this baby is in wonderful shape, and we feel the next owner will agree!

With its legendary 1KZ-TE mounted low in the chassis, these tall vans handle much better than expected. The low center of gravity and mid-mounted powertrain design play a key role in vehicle dynamics and this beaut is a blast to drive. Fresh off an oil and filter service, the 3.0L chugs to life care of a new 12v battery. A rebuilt starter ensures that this rig fires the first time, every time!  A new fuel filter and engine air filter work to maximize the four-banger's efficiency and the diesel is mated to a stout automatic gearbox. The transmission does a good job of maximizing the 1KZs low-end torque and this hauler gets up to safe highway cruising speeds without breaking a sweat. A FullTime 4WD system sends power to both axles and these HiAce's do well on loose surfaces like sand and snow. The ride quality has been improved with new rear shocks and the platform takes large and small potholes confidently. We also had one of our trained techs refresh the suspension with new front upper ball joints, new front and rear sway bar links, and new rear sway bar bushings. The power steering is light and easy to articulate and the short wheelbase makes tight parking lots a stress-free affair. The brakes feel confident thanks to freshly installed front brake pads, and traction is handled by four new Falken all-terrain tires mounted and balanced at each corner. Freshly aligned and ready to rock for the daily commute or a fun road trip to the mountains, this terrific Toyota leaves little to gripe about when gobbling up miles on the tarmac.
