1994 Toyota JZX90 Mark II
The JZX90 chassis is quite a fun driving experience. Even paired with the automatic transmission this is hands down our employees favorite driving platform. What's the secret sauce? It's unassuming looks, handling characteristics on par with BMW, gobs of power and torque, Toyota's infamous reliability, and a silky smooth in line six. Add all of this up and you get one extremely fun car. This 1994 example has just 87k original miles and is finished in the desirable Opal White Pearl (046) over Black interior. Likely the best color combination offered in the JZX90 line up. The exterior remains largely original with the only additions being an OEM kouki front lip, and a set of polished (staggered) 17" Aristo V300 OEM wheels. The OEM rain visors and sunroof visor are also present and in great condition. The paint is in excellent condition with only minor imperfections. The pearl white paint looks both luxurious and expensive and shines beautifully in the sun. The body is also free of any notable damage, dings or dents. Overall a super clean exterior.
Inside you will find an extremely comfortable interior with minor modifications including a wood grain Nardi steering wheel which adds a touch of class. An Eclipse double din head unit allows the passengers to watch DVD's or play music. The seats are in great condition showing only minor bolster wear on the drivers side and have no rips or tears. The door panels are in excellent condition as well showing only the slightest wear. The dash is very nice showing no cracks or major sun damage, and the carpet is free of any major staining, rips or tears. The trunk has all of the interior panels in tact and in good condition.
Powered by the legendary Twin Turbo 1JZ-GTE this Toyota may have subtle looks, but matting the throttle on the highway will change your mind instantly. The automatic transmission is excellent in these cars and will downshift immediately upon sensing wide open throttle, and hang on as it pushes you back in the seat. It's very clear to see this Mark II has been very well maintained over the years it spent in Japan. Evidence of this in included in the full service history since new which shows the timing belt and water pump were done about 26k miles ago. Additionally, we have installed 4 brand new tires, and performed a fresh oil service which brings all of the maintenance up to date. This JZX90 is ready to drive home today!
