The R32 Skyline is one of the best driving cars to come out of the '90s and surprisingly still rings true today. These are hands down our most popular vehicle that we sell here and for good reason. Abundant power on tap, running to the proper wheels, paired with 3 pedals, just the way a proper sports car should be. This largely all stock example is a great showcase of what made these cars so special. It's Red Pearl Metallic (AH3) really gleams out in the sunlight and shows particularly well. The paint and body have been maintained particularly well, free of any notable blemishes. Naturally, it does have some little door dings and minor imperfections over its 64K verified miles, but nothing out of the ordinary. Being a Type-M it has all the factory aero; front and rear bumper, side skirts, rear spats, and even upgraded to the signature GTR rear wing. Otherwise, the stock lines of the R32 have been kept just the way that Nissan intended, after all as the saying goes; if it's not broke why fix it?
The cabin tells the same story as the bodywork does. The gray cloth interior shows exceptionally well, devoid of any rips or stains. The driver side bolster has even survived the years without suffering the common crinkling or tears from getting in and out. The passenger and rear seats are only in even better shape, as are the carpets and headliner. The steering wheel and shift knob do show some general wear, however, it's refreshing to still have the original wheel since it's one of the first things that typically is replaced. Overall the interior has been kept all stock with the exception of an aftermarket head unit. It's currently not powered but ultimately most everyone replaces them anyway in favor of one that has more US compatibility. Naturally, these had all the powered accessories of the time; power mirrors, windows, door locks, and digital climate control. All of these creature comforts help to elevate the very purpose-driven interior. Unfortunatley this one does have the dash bubble forming, however, it is considerably better than a lot of the ones we see come through here.
The engine bay is happily filled with the iconic RB20DET. The engine bay has been left largely untouched which inspires confidence that it's lived an easier life than it's raced out counterparts. With only 63K verified miles it's really only just getting broken in. The HKS intake helps the turbo breathe a bit easier, along with supplying all the noises that you want from a turbo motor. It has also had a little bit of help in the exhaust department since the stock system is rather restrictive and kills all of the signature sounds of the I-6. A Fujitsubo cat back which really opens up the tone and sounds great under load. Just enough rumble on startup for someone to take notice, yet tame enough to not drive your neighbors up a wall. The stock suspension is great at pulling double duty. You can take a road trip without beating yourself to death, while still being able to throw it into a turn with stability and confidence. To help that out a bit further a strut tower brace does help tie the front end together. As with each vehicle we do a full mechanical reconditioning prior to listing. This one has had several key items addressed to ensure that the next owner is worry-free. New tires at all four corners make sure you're covered for the cooler months ahead, along with the all-important timing belt and water pump, and lastly a routine oil change to make sure everything is turn-key. Now all this legend is missing is a new driveway to call home.
