The Nissan Cedrics were noted for being one of the most popular luxury cars on the market in it's day and they're still living up to the hype. This well preserved 1993 is a great example with only 63K miles on it. Finished in the timeless Silky Snow Pearl (WK1) it really pops with the chrome trim. The paint shows very well for it's age and is free of any major blemishes. The front and rear bumpers do have some markings from being bumped parking over the years but nothing severe. The body has been well maintained with only a few minor door dings but nothing a little PDR couldn't correct; otherwise the body panels and gaps are very straight. The front end of the Brougham is styled a bit differently than the Gran Turismo model, which consists of a different hood, headlights, bumper, and grill giving the car a little bit more of a Cima appearance. That change up definitely gives the car a bit more of a sleek design than the more traditionally boxy front end.

The interior has been kept exceptionally well. The cloth used is a wool blend which gives both an interesting texture while being quite durable. The gray keeps with the subtle tone of the exterior and looks great. The driver's seat is in excellent condition. Typically there would be some bolster wear along the edge but this one has held up particularly well. The passenger and rear seats show very little signs of use. Overall the seats are free of any notable stains and there are no rips or tears. The same can be said about the factory carpeting. All of the factory electronics are operating as they should. Power folding mirrors, windows, door locks, and seats. The driver seat has full controls on the door and the rear even has adjustment for the passenger seat in case someone is cramping their style. The A/C system is fully automatic and blows cold. It even has additional controls for the rear located in the center armrest. Currently the factory radio is not functioning however with the Japanese frequency being lower than the US it would need to be replaced to function anyways.

Mechanically this Cedric is as clean as the rest of the car would elude to. Power comes from the naturally aspirated V6 (VG30DE) which makes for a great cruiser. The 3 liter is torquey down low in the RPM range and opens up nicely on the highway which is where this car feels at home. The VG fires right up and quietly idles away. The automatic transmission shifts in and out of gear with ease. The suspension provides a very easy ride down today's poorly maintained roads. However unlike a traditional Cadillac when you catch a high speed off ramp it doesn't feel like the car is about to topple over. The Cedric's offer a great balance between boulevard cruiser and grand tourer making them an excellent daily.
