Many of us still remember the "good old days" back in the late 90's and early 00's when Japanese sports cars reached their peak. BoMex has been a name in the aftermarket Japanese car world since the beginning. Famous for a bit outlandish style aero and still around to this day. This 180sx was formerly a BoMex demo car and privately owned by Akihiro Okubo. This car is a piece of our history and I know for me, brings back a lot of memories. The exterior has received the full BoMex treatment including the S15 front end conversion along with their full line up of exterior aero parts which are now discontinued. The front bumper, front fenders, hood, side mirrors, sideskirts, rear bumper, and rear wing are all BoMex. Originally white, this 180sx has been fully repainted in a beautiful blue including all of the jambs and engine bay. The paint is in excellent condition and has no major damage, dings, or dents. This is one seriously cool 180sx with an excellent story and history.

The interior remains unchanged since the car was originally built, including all of the gauges, seats, etc. The interior is very clean and features a nearly new set of Recaro SRD reclinable seats with the "confetti" center pattern. The dash does have some cracks in it, but they are located over the gauge hood. It also has a slew of Greddy guages mounted on the dash to monitor engine vitals in true Japanese form. An aftermarket steering wheel, pedals, and headunit round out the interior modifications. The door panels are very clean and show very little wear. There is some slight discoloration on the passenger side fabric, but no tears or rips. The rear seats are in great shape and unlike many modified 180sx's the hatch interior in in tact and in great condition with the addition of a rear strut bar being the only modification.

Mechanically this 180sx really shines with just 83k original miles! The SR20DET engine has been upgraded with a complete Greddy T-518 turbo kit including a Greddy front mount intercooler, Greddy Intake, Greddy boost controller, and a tuned ECU. Other modifications include a Greddy downpipe, Catback exhaust, and JIC Coilovers. The engine runs excellent and boost comes on strong through the gears. The transmission shifts well and has an upgraded Nismo clutch which does not slip. Overall this is one very well sorted 180sx that will bring back nostalgic memories every time you see it.
