We just got in this beautiful Black Jade Pearl 1992 Toyota Celsior. With only 58K original miles it's hard to believe this is 26 years old. The paint has been kept up very well and only has minor blemishes. While looking almost black in pictures, once getting out into the sunlight you can see the subtle green undertone which always catches people's eye. The bodywork has been kept in just as nice condition however there is a small door ding on both of the rear doors. Nothing that a little paintless dent removal couldn't correct. This particular Celsior also has the rare sunroof option and the even harder to find OEM Toyota Wind Deflector.
The rare factory leather has been kept in great shape. There is a little bit of bolster wear to the driver seat from getting in and out but no rips or tears. The beige carpeting was well maintained with no severe staining and the door panels are in equally good condition. Even by today's standards the Celsior is a well equipped vehicle. Power memory seats, folding mirrors, power locks and windows, automatic climate control (with cold A/C) just to name a few. It even comes with an adjustable suspension and sport settings for when you're looking to have a more spirited drive. All of the gauges and displays function as they should with no dead lights or pixels.
Mechanically this Celsior has been kept up just as well as the rest of the car. The powerful 4.0L 1UZ-FE V8 fires right up with a nice smooth idle. Power delivery is seamless making it a fantastic cruiser at highway speeds. The transmission shifts smoothly through the four speed including overdrive. The suspension is quiet and floats wonderfully down the road making road trips easy and comfortable. Seeing as this motor was used throughout the Toyota family parts are widely available. The only thing this luxury cruiser is missing is a new driveway to call home.
